/ First Person Protagonist POV /

( Seven weeks later ) ( Planet location: Naboo )

" Are you out of your mind, Ap'lek ?!"I yelled at the Knight of Ren as I ducked his Mandalorian executioner ax, which he had carelessly swung my way. " You could've sliced me in half with that! Especially with the ultrasonic tech feature you have on that thing, you dumb fool!" I shrieked as I backed away from my now laughing companion.

It had been maybe one and a half months since my reintegration into the Final order and me joining the Knights of Ren, and it wasn't as bad as I had thought. Of course, I was frightened it would be just like with the Praetorian Guards: not being allowed to talk or act anywhere near human, but it wasn't the case, which I felt relief for every day.

Kylo's knights, which had been a present to him from ex Supreme Leader Snoke consisted of Ap'lek, Cardo, Kuruk, Trudgen, Ushar, and Vicrul, all force sensitive Mandalorians with a strong belief to the dark side and the Sith.

I remember meeting them had been so frightening, I joked to myself as I shook my head slightly. We aren't as cold towards ourselves as we are with the whole galaxy. We were technically Kylo's 'bodyguards', so we were forced to be emotionless at all times, but when we weren't accompanying him on missions or trips, things were almost... normal. The Knights of Ren were like a family, a very hating and cruel family.

I still wasn't sure if the Knights had been given to Kylo for protection, not like Kylo needed any, or as a weird ''cult- like' offering, but at least it meant Kylo kept us close to him at all times.

" Calm down, young y/n." Ap'lek replied, shaking his head and swinging his weapon from side to side around him. When he did that with such ease, it seemed as if it were so simple to do that, and I had once tried, let's just say it didn't go as planned. " Stop stressing all the time and appreciate the harmonious landscape of this planet." He added, stretching his arms widely beside him.

I rolled my eyes and shook my head, what pacifist words to say for a Sith follower and cold blooded warrior, I sarcastically commented as I stared out into the beautiful looking lake I could see from the marble balcony near the building Ap'lek and I were in. For the short amount of time I had known Ap'lek, he had always been the wisest of all the Knights of Ren. He tended to prefer deception over violence, but of course, he wouldn't hesitate to even kill me or any of his fellow Knights if Kylo ordered him to, which reminded me of the dead body of the Third Praetorian Guard that had been killed mercilessly by his companion, who now too, was deceased.

Such unpleasant memories, I scoffed as I brushed the thought away, it was no use to dwell on the past when I had so much new things going on in the present. I grabbed the sleeves of my cloak that covered the light armory I had underneath and folded them. " Gosh, it was such a bad idea to wear all black." I complained, trying to let as much air into my clothing as possible.

" Not like you have any other color to wear, young y/n." Ap'lek replied sarcastically.

I scowled and rolled my eyes humorously. " You're brilliant, you know that? Bloody genius for noticing the Knights of Ren only wear black, no matter how much of a scorch there is outside." I scoffed. " Makes us look scarier." He laughed, throwing his head back as it escaped his mouth.

Ap'lek placed his Mandalorian executioner ax on his shoulders and headed for the door leading to the closed part of the large marble building. I waited long minutes after Ap'lek had left before walking swiftly through the open corridors of the building, it was truly a beauty. It reminds me of the dream Poe described to me, I thought to myself with a sight. With the vines on the marble walls that have the landscape of the lakes and mountains
