I wandered out of the office, stumbling a little in my tired haze. My eyes scanned the halls of Headquarters, the only people in the hall being Inoichi and Shikaku. We made eye contact, and Shikaku let out a sigh as they approached.

"It was about time we found you." Shikaku drawled, tilting his head ever so slightly as he regarded me, "What have you been up to?"

"Yes, we've been searching for you for hours." Inoichi added.

I guess I had forgotten to communicate my plans again. Oh well, "I was upgrading Sasuke and Itachi's sharingan so that they can use them for the war."

Shikaku frowned, "You can do that?"

"Uh, yeah, I'm a sealing master." I answered, leaning up against the doorframe to alleviate my tiredness.

"Does this play into any bigger plans?" Inoichi inquired with mild interest.

"It does." I nodded. While this conversation was riveting and all that I really wanted to get some proper rest, so it was time to cut to the chase, "Did you both need me for something? Or is there a plan I am a part of?"

Shikaku sighed again, "We will be stationed at the sensing sphere with you."

My eyebrows raised, "Oh, okay. I guess that makes sense. I can contact other people much faster from there."

"That is the plan." Inoichi confirmed, "We were looking for you so that we could bring you to our post."

With reluctant effort, I pushed off of the door frame and gestured down the hall, "Lead the way."

The men both turned back down the hall in the direction they came, and with an internal groan of exasperation I followed after them. I really should have told them what I was doing so I could've netted myself some recovery time.

"Where's everyone been stationed?" Inoichi prompted, "I haven't been informed yet as to how we are being spread."

"It's not all that complicated." I shrugged, "Basically we have our most powerful people searching for the reanimated. They're part way between HQ and the other villages especially since it's likely that Obito is going to attack the villages."

"And how are the villages being protected?" Shikaku followed, "Besides your seals and other preparations."

"We have a lot of our mid tier power houses taking care of that." I responded, "Jugo is taking care of the Vine, Temari and Kankuro are guarding the Sand, and I even have some former Akatsuki members guarding some other villages."

"You're kidding." Inoichi shot a glance at me.

I grinned, "We got some of them on our side, so we might as well use them."

"Are you sure they won't turn on us?" Shikaku voiced with an air of worry.

"Most of them are not only scared of what I would do to them, but what Hina would do to them if they were to turn on us." I hummed, "They know better than to do that."

"You have been planning for this longer than you've let on." Shikaku concluded, "This is a little too thought out."

"What," surprisingly Inoichi spoke up, "Can a child not make informed decisions? You of all people should know that's not true."

"That's not what I'm saying," Shikaku held up a hand, "I'm just noting the amount of foresight and the instrumental decision making that has been done years before this event."

"I had suspicions." I decided to admit; it wasn't a lie, but I obviously couldn't tell him the full truth.

"So, we have strong shinobi guarding the villages, and our Kages looking for the reanimated," Inoichi decided to drop the subject much to my relief, "What does that leave?
