Give this Bitch a Sword

I happily strutted through town, Zabuza's sword perched menacingly on my shoulder. I brought up the sword to give it a little swing. My happy mojo was completely shattered when I felt a firm hand grab the back of the blade. I looked up to see Ben and Jerry standing over me.

"Y'know, you guys don't need to follow me around." I pouted.

They said nothing.

"I'm not going to do anything with the sword."

Nothing.

"Does the Hokage really think that I'm going to kill someone? That's ridiculous."

...

"Oh, I get it. You're still following me for my protection."

"You don't need to do that you know."

"There's plenty of people here that would kill for me."

"And it's pretty creepy having you watching me all the time."

"Especially when I'm changing Jerry." I turned and glared at 'Jerry', who backed up a little at the accusation. Ben turned to look at him.

"Dude, are you kidding me?" Ben has finally spoken.

"It's not like that! I don't watch her when she changes!"

"She's a kid you fucking pervert! I need to tell someone about this." Ben began to storm off.

"No, please! You got it all wrong!" Jerry chased after him. Excellent, my plan worked flawlessly. Now to execute my next plan.

It's difficult to pin down Kakashi. If I had Hina with me, I would've had her try and sense him or whatever, chakra sensitivity bullshit. But right now I was on my own, after yesterday's lunch Hina was down for the count and told me that she was going to lock herself in her room for a couple days.

As I pondered where the elusive Kakashi might go, besides getting lost on the path of life, the perfect place occured to me. The bookstore.

I skipped joyously up to the bookstore, my eyes locked onto the adult novel section, waiting. Soon enough, Kakashi strolled out, nose deep in a book. He didn't seem to notice me until I was right on top of him.

"Oh, hello Sakura." He smiled pleasantly.

"Hello, sensei~!" I cooed, causing him to sigh.

"I hope your recovery is going well."

"Yep! Walking is awesome!" I gushed.

"Yes, it is," he gave a light chuckle, "And Hinata is doing well I hope."

"Yep!" That was a bit more strained. 'Doing well' is something that rarely described Hina on a good day. Kakashi didn't pay it any mind.

"What can I help you with today?" he asked, nose still in his book.

"I want you to help me find someone!" I singsonged.

"And who would that be?" he indulged me.

"Anko."

He lowered his book and narrowed his eyes at me.

"What do you want her for?"

"Stuff." I grinned evilly.

"Oh, well then," Kakashi cringed, knowingly looking to the sword I was carrying, "I believe she was last in the armory closest to the Hokage's office."

"Thank you, darling~!" I purred as I headed off.

"I wouldn't carry that around in public." Kakashi warned after me.

Needless to say, I ignored him.

I barged into the armory with reckless abandon, shockingly enough not disturbing the working woman at a table. She was polishing an amazingly eccentric axe.

"Whoever opened that door, prepare to die." The woman stated bluntly, not turning from her work.

"Hello, Anko!" I called out.

"Whoever you are, prepare to die." She repeated.

"Oh, c'mon, don't be that way." I teased, "Especially when I have such a cool sword I need help with!"

That made her pause. She focused her attention on me, scanning me up and down.

"Holy shit! You're the crazy bitch from the Chunin exams!" she excitedly rushed over to me.

"Guilty as charged!" I affirmed.

"I've never seen someone talk to an enemy that serious in such a careless way." She raved, "It was awesome."

"Oh, that was nothing." I gave an exaggerated huff, "Nothing like taking Zabuza's sword." I held up the weapon.

"No fucking way." She stared down at it for a moment in awe, tentatively reaching for it.

"Go ahead." I held it out to her and she took it in her hands, giving it a couple swings and feeling the weight of it.

"It's everything I ever dreamed." She whispered, "So, tell me, little demon, why have you brought me such an amazing specimen."

"Because I want you to train me to use it." I placed my hands on my hips confidently.

"Oh, absolutely." She gave me a look of pure anticipation, "We are going to get along so well!"

The first step was of course examining the weapon and cleaning it. Anko took me step by step through special sword care and storage techniques, and for once I actually listened to someone.

"Alright, sweetheart," Anko asserted after an hour's worth of work, "you'll be seeing me twice a week at least. We are going to make you deadly."

"Sounds like a plan." I gave a devious thumbs up.

"Now, I know you're gonna hate me for this." Anko sighed, "But I think you should leave the sword with me until you're prepared to handle it."

"Oh no, I get it," for some reason, having her tell me what to do wasn't so bad, "It makes sense, and the sword will be safe and better cared for until I know what I'm doing."

"Awesome!" Anko gave me a thumbs up, "Drop in in a couple of days, and I'll teach you some real cool shit!"

"Hell yeah!" I pumped both of my fists happily as I exited the armory.

Now that that was out of the way. Time to execute the last part in my plan to have a fantastic day.
