"Tobi," I whined, "We collected the bounty. Can't you just be happy with that?"

"Tobi thinks that Hinata is way too scary." Tobi huffed, crossing his arms over his chest.

"I took him down before he even knew what hit him!" I defended, "Heart attack! Literally no one would be able to know that we did it except for the client!"

"Tobi doesn't think that it's right!" he argued, "Bounties should be able to fight back!"

"To do what?" I scoffed, "Die a worse death?" I turned pointedly to Tobi, "Quick, merciful, practically painless."

"Tobi remembers the man being in pain." he tilted his head.

"Only for a second." I dismissed, "And it was a lot less pain than if I had to crush his throat, or stab him to death."

Tobi pouted, "Tobi doesn't think there's honor in it."

"Well, Hinata thinks that Tobi wouldn't know the first thing about honor." I countered.

"Don't be mean!" Tobi whined, "Tobi knows plenty of things."

"Except proper speech apparently." I grumbled.

"Leave Tobi alone!" he cried.

I held up my hands continuing to walk in silence while we made our way to the cave. I was not looking forward to sealing the four tails, but, then again, who would be looking forward to standing or hours at a time in a room full of silent, staring men.

"Tobi wonders if this beast will explode." He hummed to himself.

"Unless they captured a clone, it shouldn't." I answered.

Tobi shuddered, "Tobi doesn't want to see anymore blood explosions."

"Then it's a shame they paired you up with me." I smirked.

"Why?" Tobi cried in alarm.

"I could obliterate someone with an air palm." I replied.

Tobi shook his head, "Please don't do that!"

I smiled at him, "Not planning on it. Don't you think the way I do things is better?"

"Now I do." he nodded.

I laughed to myself, slowing down as we reached the mouth of the cave.

"This is gonna suck beast dick." I growled.

"Tobi... doesn't think that's what the plan is." he mumbled in concern.

I chuckled, "It's an expression."

"Tobi doesn't understand 'expression'." he put a finger up to his chin.

"Maybe that's because you always wear a mask." I shrugged.

He watched me enter the cave, bewildered, before following.

I moved up to my platform with a heavy sigh; this was certainly going to be an ordeal.

I scanned the room, scanning the familiar faces until my eyes locked with Itachi's. I froze; he was staring directly back. Was this a warning? A sign? Was he going to finally do it? Now?

My apprehension only grew when he gave a small nod. Oh fuck, did he read my mind or something? Was that a confirmation? But his expression lacked any malice? What the hell... now I was going to have to worry about this the whole time too.

We began to seal the four tails, and I pondered the possibility of my soon to be ended life thoroughly given the time that I had on my hands.

I was going to die again, huh? I was going to die for a crime I didn't consciously commit, but a crime nonetheless. Funny how a man so connected to revenge was going to enact the very same thing on me.
