I looked carefully over the plans laid out on our table. This had to work. I mean, failure wasn't really an option if we wanted to get out of this alive. Sasuke stood across from me, pensively glaring at the house plans.
"We go at night." he restated.
"Yes, element of surprise and all that." I smirked, "And you can see in the dark."
His eyes narrowed as he no doubt was trying to remember the floor plan we had received for Danzo's house.
"If you're trying to infiltrate a house, an upstairs window is always the best way to go." Ben leaned over Sasuke to look at the schematics, pointing to different spots, "Backyard is better, though it usually depends on how highly guarded each area is. You wanna find the least guarded quadrant and then try to go from as high as you can. Doors are for people with manners, and home intruders don't have manners."
"Except for when you're in the target location." Jerry piped up, "In which case, be mindful of the owner and try not to disturb them. Move silently, and leave no trace."
"What about if you were going to try and assassinate someone?" I prompted.
"Hmm..." Ben leaned further over, "Well... night would be a good idea, usually is anyways, but..." he traced a finger along the different guard spots we had labeled, "I think cutting around from the left of the building, using the hedge row for cover, and then using the trees to get up onto the room might be a good idea."
Jerry joined Ben at the table, "If you then go in through the railing here, you could enter straight into the bedroom, but, if the windows are locked, any window along this hallway would net you close enough. You just have to hope no guards are there."
"What if this guy was a super powerful member of the council?" I continued.
Ben straightened up, looking directly at me, "That would be incredibly dangerous and the place would be heavily guarded."
"So, would say... a team of four be enough to complete such a mission?" Sasuke asked unexpectedly.
"Well..." Jerry mused, "If they were two highly trained ANBU agents, a crazy girl that can see the future, and an Uchiha, I'd say there would be a good chance."
"Who are we assassinating?" Ben interjected.
"Danzo?" I answered sheepishly.
"Wait- Danzo!?" Ben spat, "How on earth do you expect to be able to kill him!?"
"Because I know a few of his weaknesses, and Sasuke's going to have help this time?" I shrugged nervously.
"This is... not a good idea." Jerry drummed his fingers on the table, "But... you're going to do it no matter what we do..."
"Yep!" I chirped.
"This happening tonight?" Ben asked, hanging his head in resignation.
"Yep!" I repeated with a laugh.
"Alright!" Jerry clapped Ben on the shoulder, "We're going to fucking die."

We made our way down the road, and, for once, I was taking something completely seriously. We all made our ways down the back alleys, winding our ways to the upper class housing district and eventually only a block away from Danzo's mansion.
"Hold on." Sasuke held up a hand, "We're being followed."
We all turned around getting back to back, fighting stances ready, until Gaara stepped out of the shadows towards us, an adorably bewildered frown on his face.
