This was the first time Jungkook had had pancakes since his accident, so when Taehyung placed a plate of them in front of him, he couldn't help but look up at the older like an excited puppy.
"Dig in, pup." Taehyung chuckled, taking a mouthful of his own breakfast and relishing at the sweet and welcome taste.
"So," Taehyung began, Jungkook looking up at him with his cheeks stuffed like that of a bunny's, "considering we haven't really been on a proper date yet, I was wondering if you'd like for me to take you out today?" Taehyung offered, heat rising to Jungkook's cheeks as the younger's eyes lit up at the idea. He swallowed his food, failing to hide a smile as he nodded.
"Yes please. Can we go to the beach?" Jungkook asked, and Taehyung chuckled and nodded.
"If that's what you want baby, of course. I'll take you out for dinner after that." Taehyung said, and Jungkook couldn't help but notice how the older looked down at him with so much love.
"I'm so fucking lucky." Jungkook breathed out, making Taehyung laugh, and oh my god did Jungkook love his laugh.
"Let's go get changed then."
