Chapter 35: Breaks over!

Lisbeth: "mmmmm! This cheese is soooo nice! Every trip to the Moo Moo Milk restaurant is SO worth it!"

Y/N: "It is quite good isn't it? The taste is quite similar to the real world."

Lisbeth: "Right?! And I never realised how nice it is to just sit on a bench and soak in the sun and wind... it's really quite nice here."

Y/N: "It's definitely a lot nicer here on the First Floor than it is on the Second Floor, on my free time I like taking out meals from Moo Moo Milk down here."

Lisbeth: "Well, next time you do let me know! And next time I want to pay for my own thank you very much!"

Y/N: "Of course-"

Player 1: "Come on, don't be such a worrywart! We'll be fine!"

Player 2: "Yeah, look at how many of us there are, those wolves won't stand a chance and we'll get so much exp!"

Girl: "b-b-But we've only been on the second floor for a couple of days!"

Seems a one-sided discussion had sparked just a short distance away from us, we couldn't help but listen in..

Player 3: "Come on. There's four of us that will be there with you, and you need to start earning more exp otherwise we'll have to keep covering for you as you fall further behind."

Girl: "s-sorry... I just-"

Player 2: "And you should really swap out that spear of yours, it doesn't mesh well with the rest of our weapons, a sword and shield would be way more useful!"

Player 1: "Yeah! I agree, that'd really help out our team comp!"

Girl: "b-b-but... I ... i- I guess."

I feel kinda bad for the girl, it looks like she is genuinely terrified of what these guys are suggesting, I'd like to step in but... I can feel Lisbeth tensing up next to me, seems this conversation is having a more personal effect on her due to her recent losses.

Y/N: "Come on Lisbeth, let's head back to the inn for now... but ah- one moment..."

I walk towards the group in discussion, I only want to say a quick pointer before returning to Lisbeth to get her out of here.

Y/N: "Excuse me"

Player 3: "hmmm?"

Y/N: "I couldn't help but overhear your argume- ah conversation... and I just wanted to warn you that if you are thinking of going to battle the wolves on the Third Floor... ah, how should I put this? ... If you can't defeat them within a single attack pattern then they're really dangerous."

Player 2: "Right, and some random player on the First Floor would know this how?"

Y/N: "I'm a front-line clearer, I came down here with my friend for a break, and..."

I get a little closer to the third player who, judging by his appearance, seemed to be the leader and lowered my voice so Lisbeth wouldn't be able to hear it.

Y/N: "I've seen players die to those Wolves, their mechanics are deadly to anyone who isn't fully prepared to deal with them."

Player 3: "Hmmm... say, you wouldn't happen to be U/N would you?"

Y/N: "Yeh, that's me. Why?"

Player 3: "Alright Moonlight Black Cats, we'll stick to the Second Floor for the time being."
