Last Round of Greetings

(A/N: I'm so sorry for the late updates. For me, it's really hard to switch between third person and first person constantly so, I'm a little confused on what to write and what to put. So, I'm really really sorry.)

Aether's POV

Well, it's been quite a long day. Though, little time has passed, it feels like it's been hours since we got here. I sigh, really relieved to realize only a few people are left to talk to. We've talked to most but, there were two more, as well as Zhongli and Childe but, we can talk to them last. 

I then stare at Venti as we walk around Liyue, finding the two that were left. I smile, seeing him be so happy with the scarf Ningguang made him. Really, I should thank Ningguang with a gift as well since she bestowed upon me the sight of him being so adorable. 

"This is part of the law..! You don't understand!" I hear a familiar girl's voice shouting out loud, obviously in anger and irritation. Venti flinches in surprise as he then stares at me, looking like he was wondering if I was the cause of that. I shrug my shoulders, confused as well. 

"But business is business, right? Surely you of all people know~." Another familiar girl's voice says. Her tone sounding a bit teasing as the other girl with her sighs in reply. I look around my area to see where this is coming from. My eyes open slightly, a little surprised that we found the two so early. 

I then sigh, relieved to know that I don't have to walk far and wide just to find these two. And these two are known to be everywhere in Liyue. They were bickering, well it honestly looked like it was one-sided anger, but I then walk up to them. They flinch in shock, but then gasp seeing that it was me. 

"Let's continue this conversation for another time, Ms. Hu Tao." The girl says, standing straight up and looking seriously at Venti and I as she then starts brushing her hair using her hand before using her hand once again to put them at her back.

 "I agree, Yanfei. And please, there's no need to be so formal with me." Hu Tao says, smiling reassuringly. Yanfei looks as if she was hesitating. She looked like she wanted to address her casually but, then stopping herself. I then see her sigh.

"Anyway, greetings you two. I assume you've come here for the Lantern Rite?" Yanfei says after clearing her throat. She smiles gently at us. 

"So a little date~!" Hu Tao says, grinning. I-I did plan for it to be a date but, for her to say it so openly as if it was obvious makes me a little... embarrassed. I sigh, calming myself down. Venti was blushing but hiding his mouth and cheeks using the scarf. Seeing him peek out of it made me just want to pinch him.
