Day Fifteen

This is the thiefsnake au and I'm more than willing to write more of it if anyone wants

Anti cooed at his eggs and wrapped his tail around them. Laying them had been long and tiring. Lucky Actor had been there to help. He had almost died this time but it was worth it. Anti yawned and smiled at the eggs. He laid down and closed his eyes ready to let sleep take him.

A crash rang through the house and Anti eyes shot open as he rose again. "Who's there?" He hissed. "Actor?"

Another crash sounded and Anti instintivly wrapped his tail tightly around his eggs. He flicked his tongue out and caught the smell of a stranger. Anti growled and bared his fangs as the scent grew closer. The door opened and Anti rose up to defend his eggs. A tall man walked into the room and smiled at Anti. "Well, there you are!"

"Leave me alone!"

The man chuckled. "My name is Roger Redfield. You are not welcome in this town, monster."

Anti hissed. "You broke into my house! Leave me alone you idiot, if you value your life that is."

Rodger laughed again. "I'm sorry but you can't be kept alive. You monsters are pests and must be killed," he said and pulled out a knife.

Anti screeched and jumped at him, claws outstretched. Roger dogged him quickly and Anti crashed into the wall. Rodge laughed as Anti tried to recover. He approached Anti's eggs and tapped one with his foot. Anti hissed and jumped at him but it was too late Rodger's foot went through the egg, crushing it. Anti gasped and clawed widely at Rodger.

Rodger laughed and easily threw the weak Anti into the wall again. He stepped on two more eggs and cringed. "This is disgusting. You must feel so ashamed for this."

Anti sobbed quietly when Rodger kicked another egg, his foot going right through it. Anti took a deep breath and lept at him again. Rodger turned to smack him away but Anti dodged him. He managed to move the last egg away with his tail and land a blow on Rodger. He brought one claw down on Roger's face, cutting open his face and eye.

Roger cried out and stumbled back. He stared at Anti with one eye and turned to run. Anti hissed and let out a sob. He turned to the last egg and grabbed it. He pulled it close to his chest and sobbed as he curled into a ball.

Almost an hour later Actor stumbled into the room and gasped at the carnage. He gently approached Anti who lashed a claw out at him. "Anti darling." Actor whispered.

"Please no! Not my babies! Don't touch me! Please!"

Actor nodded and turned to the crushed eggs. "Are those?" he whispered, trailing off with a horrified gasp.

Actor let out a sob and sat a small distance away from Anti. "Who did this to our children?"

Anti hissed but didn't reply. Actor hugged himself as he stared at his husband, shaking around his last egg. "We'll make them pay my love." he growled and stretched a wing out to Anti. "they'll pay."
