I reach Yakiniku Q and see Kiba standing outside. He turns as I approach and he instantly blushes.
"Whoa! You look great!"
"Thanks. So do you," I say as I smile a little shyly.
"Let's go eat!" He says and we enter. Kiba and I head for a table and a waiter soon comes for our order. Kiba and I chat in content while we wait, and even while we eat once our food arrives and has been cooked.
When we were finished, Kiba and I leave as I hug his arm and rest my head on his shoulder. I feel Kiba smiling at me as we wander the village. We soon stop by a bench and I sit as Kiba lies on his back with his head in my lap, Akamaru next to me.
"Today's been so peaceful. I hope it never ends," He says as I gently run my fingers through his spiky brown hair.
I smile as I say, "I do too. I've been going on way too many S Ranked missions lately. I could use a break."
