Elliott carefully ran his hand up and down my back, causing tingles to run down my spine. He pulled me closer before kissing my cheek.
"y'know what Mil, I'm super glad you dropped that journal page and I read it. Because if that didn't happen we wouldn't be here right now" said Elliott, groggy and tired.
"Yeah heh.. me too" I stuttered into his soft sweater. He laughed at my obvious nervousness.
"Love you Milly"
My heart was beating so fast, I swear I should've gone to the hospital. "Love you more"
He snickered. "Not possible, but I don't want to have our first fight over this"
I smiled so wide. I swear he could probably see all of my teeth. Even the ones in the way back. Even my wisdom teeth that hadn't come down yet.
He kissed my forehead.
I sat up quickly when a ding sounded my phone.

Zander: okay Luke and I were talking abt our conversation earlier where you told be abt u and Elliott and I'm sorry for acting like I didn't care
Milly: wowww so that's what you were doing that was soooo important? Bros before hoes Zander.
Zander: Luke's not my hoe
