Sole Survivors is based on being in an air crash with the 5 Seconds of Summer and afterwards have to try to survive on a stranded island with them while Shady Sanitarium is based on 5SOS being stuck at a Sanitarium after a gig where Luke starts to develop a relationship with one of the patients!
