Y/N's P.O.V

Korra, Mako, Asami and I are now heading to the train station.

According to Korra, Prince Wu is being taken there.

Mako: So, how do you know they're taking Wu to the train station just by touching some Spirit Vines?

Korra: I learned how to connect to people energy through them.

Asami: Who taught you that?

Korra: Lin's mum.

Y/N: Wait, you mean Toph?

Korra: Yeah. I found her in the swamp, that place is like one giant Spirit Wild.

Asami: So, you've both met Toph? What was she like?

Y/N: Yeah. I met her when I was a kid. She's basically a cranky, more miserable version of Lin.

Korra: That's about right, actually.

Mako: Is that even possible?

Korra: You'd be surprised.

We make it to the train station and go inside to look for Wu.

Mako: Which train is Wu on?

Korra: I don't know.

Y/N: Let's just split up and start looking.

We all go off and search different trains.

Wu's gotta be on one of 'em.

As we search for him, trains start to leave.

Asami and I rejoin Korra.

Asami: If we don't find Wu soon, we might never find him.

Korra kneels down and connects to the Spirit Vines again.

She looks at a train that's about to leave.

Korra: He's on that train!

She rushes over and jumps on the train.

Mako, Asami and I jump on after her and go inside.

Mako: How do you know for sure he's here?

Korra: I don't, but I had a feeling, okay?

Mako: And I'm just supposed to trust your "Avatar feelings?"

Korra: You wouldn't have to if you had guarded the Prince like you were supposed to.

We go into the luggage room.

Mako: Oh, so it's my fault Wu disappeared.

Korra: Well, it's certainly not mine.

Y/N: Hey ladies, can you argue later?

We hear a banging noise.

Asami: Guys, sshhh. Listen.

Y/N: I hear it too.

Mako goes over and opens the case.

Just then Wu pops up out of it.

Mako: Wu! Wu, it's me.

Wu: Mako? Where am I? Am I dead?

Mako: No, you're on a train. We're gonna get you out of here.

Just then two people burst in and shoot metal at us.

Korra manages to block their attacks.

Y/N: Korra, move!

She gets out of the way and I blast them with Airbending.

The blast sends them up into the ceiling and knocks them out.

Korra then uses Metalbending to close the doors and open up the roof.

Korra: Everyone, out!

Wu: I'm not going up there.

Korra shoots him up there with Airbending.

After that the four of us go up onto the top of the train.

We jump over to the next cart.

We're then joined by two Earthbender's.

One of them uses Metalbending to sweep Mako off his feet.

The other shoots a cable at Korra, but she catches it.

I quickly use Airbending to knock them both back.

All four Earthbender's then use Metalbending to trap us.

Korra and I grab Mako, Asami and Wu. We then use Airbending to get us out of there.

We all land down on the ground.

After that Wu thanks Korra by asking her out, but that's not happening.

Korra looks at us.

Korra: Not exactly what I imagined for our first day back together.

Asami: But it was kinda like old times. Except for the getting on each other's nerves part.

Mako: Actually, that is like old times for me and Korra.

Y/N: Same. Well, kinda.

Korra: I'm sorry things go so tense earlier, guys.

Asami: It's alright. I guess after being apart for three years, there's bound to be a bit of an adjustment period.

Y/N: But it's great to have you back, Korra.

Mako: Yeah, it is.

Korra: There's no place else I'd rather be.

The four of us hug.

After that we pull away.

Korra: So, what are we gonna do with him? It's too dangerous to take him back to the hotel.

Wu: You're telling me! I need a cushy safe house somewhere.

Mako: I think I know just the place. Come on.

We follow Mako back to the city.

Korra's P.O.V

While we're on our way back to the city, I take the chance to talk to Asami.

The two of us walk together.

Korra: Asami, I just wanted to apologise.

Asami: For what?

Korra: For being a jealous bitch earlier. I had no right to be upset with you or Y/N. I mean I broke up with him, so I can't be upset with him for being with you for one night.

Asami: It's okay, Korra. Really. I get it and I know Y/N does too.

Korra: I guess I got so mad because I thought that when I came back Y/N and I might be able to pick up where we left off, but I can't have expected him to wait for me or anything.

Asami: I understand. Look, you should talk to him and try to patch things up.

Korra: No, not right now. He needs space to get his head on straight and I need to give him that.

Asami: Okay.

Korra: I have to ask, was it only one night or...?

Her eyes widen.

Asami: Oh, no. No. It was only one night, Korra. I promise.

Korra: Right, okay. I mean it's none of my business if you did. I was just curious.

Asami: Korra, just know that while you were gone Y/N missed you. More than you can know.

Korra: Is that why things never progressed into a relationship? Because of me?

Asami: Yeah, kinda. But like before, we remembered that we just didn't work romantically.

Korra: Okay, that makes sense.

I look at Y/N up ahead with Mako and Wu.

I can't help but smile.

He missed me while I was gone. I guess that means there's still a chance for us yet.
