Chapter 65

"How would you gentlemen like to take over the kids while I show Amanda my music room and maybe play a song or two?" Amanda jumps up to go to the car to get her violin excited to play with Melody.

"This music room is beautiful do you play all these instruments?"

"Yes, I do but my favorites are the piano and then the violin. They seem to let me express my feelings better than the rest. Do you want to play a song together? I can play the piano or the violin, which one would you like?"

"I would like to hear you play first, Luna. I have heard so much about your music from Kody. We have played at the same concerts but with playing myself and setting up arrangements it is not the same. You don't have time to enjoy the music around you."

"How about I play one then you play one. Then we can try one together. I have wanted to try something for a while now, but I need someone to play with me. If it's alright with you, I'd love to try it."

Amanda gestures for Melody to start, when she is done the song Amanda is impressed. "I can see why they love your music so much. You put so much emotion into it."

"Your turn to play." Amanda closes her eyes and begins to play, feeling the music, letting it flow off the strings. "That was unbelievable, the music talks to you."

"Thank you it is nice to hear that from someone as good as you."

"What are you talking about, Amanda. You have so much heart and soul in your music, it is beautiful. What I would like to do is play two songs at once. These are the songs I have been wanting to do. You start with this one, and I will join in." Melody hands Amanda some sheet music.

"I know this music." Then she starts to play. Two cords later Melody joins in playing her own music. When they are finished they realize how beautiful the sounds blended together. "I would never had thought about blending songs like that, the sound is so intricate."

"Why don't you stay for the week, and we can practice the songs and then you can come with us to the concert. We are bringing a little army with us."

"Let me ask Kody and see if he wants to put up with us?"

"We better go up and save our mates. They can only handle so much kid time."

As soon as Amanda came into the living room she asked. "Kody, Melody asked me to spend the week here and we could practice together and go with them to the next concert. What do you think?"

"Don't you think it would be nice if you joined the pack? Then you and Melody can do this all the time and I can see you ALL the time." Kody emphasizes all.

Amanda looks at Kody then Melody, then turns to Anthony. "Do you want another member in your pack?"

Teasingly Anthony says, "Our pack is pretty full. Well, I guess if we had to squeeze one more in, I mean I can't let my mate down. If it was just Kody then I would have to really think about it."

Kody picks up Amanda, "Marry me?"

"Yes! Oh, yes! I would love to marry you." Everyone is congratulating them.

Branden comes in with Bonnie, followed by Jose and Bethany a few minutes later.

"Why don't we have a picknick? It's beautiful outside. Anthony, mind link your dad, my mom, and Frank. Tell them to meet us out back in the yard."

The guards at the gate mind link Anthony, that Michael was there. "Bring him to my house, we are in the back yard. Don't leave him alone. Anthony puts his arm over Melody's shoulder. "Melody, Michael is here and they are bringing him out back."
