Kody knocks on the door, "Yes Kody."

"The lady Mr. Hughs talked to you about is here."

"Tell her to wait a minute." Anthony gives Melody a kiss. "You ready for this?"

"Let here in." Kody opens the door to allow her in. Once her eyes land on Melody she starts to cry.

Melody freezes, 'Harmony, I can't believe what I am seeing. Is it her?'

'It is her.' Harmony is as shocked as Melody.

"Mama? Mama, is that really you? Where have you been?"

"Waiting for the day I could see you again. I have missed you so much, I never stopped wanting to be your mother."

Just as she says that Melody snaps. "Waiting! You left me and never came back. Do you know the hell you left me in while you went off with him. Why did you leave me like that?"

"I didn't leave you. I tried to take you, but your father lied to me. Then they wouldn't let me back in the pack." Her crying got so bad she had to stop talking for a minute. "Your father was to keep Eric, and I was to take you and switch the two of you every six months. That way we got to raise the two of you. I swear I never left you on purpose. He took you from me, both of you."

"I saw you leave with him, you gave me a kiss and said you would come back. What happened? You changed you mind and decided to just forget about me, forget about us."

"That is not how it happened. He said he wanted to let you stay for a few more days before you were gone for a while. That I could use the time to get our new home set up. When I came back, they would not let me in to get you. They beat the shit out of me, if Frank hadn't gotten there in time I wouldn't of made it."

"Who beat the shit out of you? That makes no sense."

"From what they told me, the Alpha and Beta left orders to keep me out. They were to tell me I had no rights to you. I went to the council for help, to find out I lost all my rights to you and your brother. I didn't do the paperwork, and he did. They lied to the council saying I abandoned you. I never thought he would do that to me or the two of you."

Melody is crying, "Do you know what they did to me? How the two of them made me feel because of you? I can't do this right now, I'm too tired to handle any of this."

Anthony, who has been holding Melody, steps in. "This is a lot for her to handle. Why don't we meet tomorrow when things are not so emotional."

"Tell me when and I will be here."

"Say at ten tomorrow morning."

"I will be here. One thing, Melody, I want you to know I never stopped loving you and never will. I did try to get you." She took a few steps toward the door and stopped. "I always knew you would make music. The only way I have survived these last eight years is the hope your music would lead me to you. Your music always did and always will show the love you have in your heart." She then opens the door and leaves still crying.

Melody is crying, looks up to see Anthony's worried face. "Can I believe her? Do you think he did this to us, to me, Eric and my mother?"

"I can't answer those questions. She said a lot very fast. When we talk to her tomorrow you will get your answers."

"Baby, I am tired, this has taken a lot out of me."

"Why don't you come to bed and get some rest. I bought you and me a present. After everything tonight, I think it should wait."

"What is it?" Anthony goes to the closet, he comes back to the bed with a fancy wrapped gift box.

"It was to start our honeymoon." Melody opens it to find a red see-through teddy night gown.
