Papa Charley heard them from the hall, "So he is doing well enough that he can come to dinner and go to the pack house."

Melody sighs, "He is going to heal faster than any of the rest. He has been here almost three weeks, and it will take four days to get the last two treatments then he can follow up with physical therapy at his pack. Drew and the others need to go back home. We have to get a dinner together for our special guest."

"Little one, you need to slow down. It is not just you that you are taking care of. Those two grandsons of mine need a healthy and strong mom to bring them in this world."

"I know papa. I will be very careful." She then hugs him, and her worse nightmare comes through the door, Drew.

"Luna, I am here to see my father, I do want to apologize once again for the misunderstanding from the other day."

"Thank you and I am sorry for the other day. I just was very busy and was in a hurry and did not hear you."

"How is my father?"

"He is doing better than any of the other patients. He is doing so well that he is joining us for dinner and allowed to move in the pack house to stay by you and your friends."

"That is wonderful. Thank you from the Skyline pack and myself for all that you are doing for him."

Charley who is standing in front of Melody taking her arm then says, "We have to go," and gently pulls her away from him.

"I don't trust him. He is nothing like his father."

"I agree with you, Bonnie. Drew and his crew are not to be trusted."

Drew walks in his father's room. "Dad, you are up and walking?"

"Yes. I am feeling a lot better, son. Better than I have felt in a very long time. Luna Melody has invited me to have dinner with them tonight. Could you bring me some nice clothes to wear? I want to look my best."

"I will go get them for you right now. Is there anything else that you might want?"

"I'd like to bring them something. I could give them a gift to say thank you."

"What do you want to get her?"

"Some flowers would be nice, can you think of anything else?"

Drew thinks for a minute, "They found out that they are having twin boys, get something for them?"

"That is a wonderful idea. That would be thoughtful gift. Can you get this all done before dinner? I am moving into a room next to you. I can take small walks with my cane and feel like my old self again."

"If I leave right now. I will be back shortly. Then help you move in next to me." Alpha Kevin nods and sits down on his bed.

Charley and Melody stop by at the office to see Anthony, "Hi baby what a nice surprise."

"I wanted to tell you that I invited Alpha Kevin to dinner. He is doing so much better. I am setting him up in the pack house. Four more days and he should be able to go home."

"You need to get someone to take your shift tomorrow we are taking the guests out for lunch and to spend the day at the beach."

"Why? I do not want to spend the day with them. Why do we have to do this?"

"I know baby but we have to get them out of the pack for a day. We want to work on the pack security and don't want them to know what we are doing. The equipment came in and it has to be set up before they leave. If I don't bring you with us they may not want to go."
