The two weeks went by slowly, mom and I talked on the phone every day. "We're coming tomorrow. We should be there sometime in the late afternoon."

"That's great, Mom. We have the rooms ready for you, Frank, and Carley. I think my husband and the two grandpas are looking forward to spending time with Frank. They are talking about getting a card game started."

"I know Frank is looking forward to coming that is all he has been talking about."

The next day Frank drove up to the pack house, Laurie was out of the car before it came to a full stop. I laughed at how Frank was yelling at mom, "Calm down. What do you want to do kill yourself. Damn woman the car wasn't even stopped."

My family got to meet Laurie and her family, Frank spent time with Papa Charley and Cameron. It was nice seeing them getting along. It was so funny when they started teasing Frank that he was a grandfather. My kids made out in the grandparent department.

Mom couldn't get enough of the twins; she spent the whole afternoon with them. The sweetest thing was watching Carley with the twins, she is their only aunt. When she heard that she went nuts, kept telling them they had to listen to her she was the one in charge.

I felt bad for Anthony, he had to take care of a problem and was gone most of the afternoon. The phone was ringing, it was my husband, "I am going to be a while why don't you take everyone to the house and have dinner. I will be there soon."

"We could wait for you, I don't want you left out."

"I am sorry, but it is going to take some time to get this done I don't want everyone hungry because they are waiting for me."

"You know I love you." Melody hung up the phone disappointed. "Anthony is running late, why don't we head to the house and have some dinner and he will catch up as soon as he can."

Just as we started to eat dinner the dang phone started ringing again, "Hello, Stephen, it is nice to hear from you. Yes, I chose the cello. Why do you want me to play another instrument? Wait, I am going to put you on speaker."

"Melody, you are a musical prodigy. We have had others over the years. The most recent is a young man he played four instruments, I want you to outdo him and show the music world what you can do. So, I want you to play five for me."

"I will give it my best to do this for you." Over the next week the twins were spoiled with all the attention they were getting. The grandparents got a kick out of them starting to say gam mom and gam pop. It wasn't perfect but it was cute.

"Mom, are you ready? We have to leave if we are going to make it on time." My mom and I are going out by ourselves to buy a cello.

"I am ready, I think. We have to stop at a store. I want to buy a present for the twins and Carley while we are out."

"You are spoiling them too much."

"I leave in two weeks, and I won't be back for a while and I want them to know I love them."

"Let's go and get some lunch and then we can get the presents."

We had the presents and were on the way out of the store, I started down the steps, for some reason I was feeling lightheaded and getting dizzy. At the bottom of the steps my whole world was turning black. I faintly heard someone screaming.

Laurie screamed. "Melody, Melody." She took my phone and called Anthony. "Anthony we are at the Walmart by the music store Melody has passed out and I can't wake her. An ambulance is on the way."

"I am coming. Did she get hurt when she passed out?"

"I don't think so she just fainted, and I am scared hurry up and get here."

My eyes opened to find me in the hospital, "How did I get here?"

Anthony was standing next to me holding my hand. "How are you feeling?"

"I am fine, what happened?"

"You passed out, the doctor is running tests. He will be back soon."

"I don't remember anything but getting lightheaded and someone screaming"

"Your mom saw you pass out and screamed. She called me and we brought you here."

It wasn't long until the doctor walked in. Anthony's concern was showing on his face. "Is she ok doctor?"

"She is more than ok. Luna, Alpha, you are having a pup." Anthony looked at Melody, he had the brightest smile. "Do you want an ultrasound of the pup?"

We both nod, Anthony says, "Yes, please."

He brings out the machine, "We have done this before, right Luna?" He then runs the wand across my stomach, "There you can see him. Luna, you have done it again. Look there is number two. You are having twins."

Anthony hugged the doctor, shocking him. "Thanks doc that is the best news." Anthony picked me up and carried me out to the car. He was walking on air he was so excited.

"I see you are happy about this."

"You have made me a happy man again, you always make my world better, but this is beyond anything I expected. Are you happy about the new additions?"

"I love that I am having your pups. There are things that I have to change in my plans, but it is all worth it." He reaches over, kissing me so gently, telling me how much he loved me. Everyone was there wanting to know what was wrong.

"Do you want to tell them?"

"No you tell them, you are dying to let the world know."

"They let her come home is she alright?" Charley asked worried for his little one.

"Well, I guess this is not that bad, here goes. She is pregnant." The eyes on everyone's faces were filled with shock. Then the house started yelling and congratulations sounded from everywhere. "I have to tell the pack I am going to be a father for the second time."

Mom came over, "I am so happy for you."

"I wish you could be here when I have my pups, we have to figure out how to let you see them more often."

"Don't you worry about that, now that I have you back in my life, I will not let you go."
