Chapter 91

"Alpha Kevin, what is this place?" Melody asks.

"It is the bunkers that we keep our women and children in if we have a rogue attack. There was two of them. They must have rebuilt them, enlarged them into one and made them into a house of some sort." It has seven bedrooms, an open living room dining room set up, and two bathrooms with showers, one has a tub. They have a kitchen like our pack house's kitchen. There is a phone that you can call them and ask for what you want or whatever you need. Just as he said that the phone rang.

"Hello what do you want?" Kevin said with all the anger he could muster.

"Put Melody on the phone dad now."

"Maybe she doesn't want to speak to you?"

"Either she speaks to me, or I send some sleeping gas down the air vents and take the pups out, then she will not see them again."

"What happened to you, son? You were not raised to be like this."

"She happened to me. This is all her fault, now put her on the phone." Kevin passes the phone to Melody.

"Yes?"

"Make a list of anything that you need down there. I will get it for you. Then I want you to get dressed nice, there is a dress hanging in the bathroom for you. We are going to have dinner together just you and I."

"I don't want to leave with you and have dinner. All I want is to go to the concert and get back to my life."

"This is your life from now on you like it or not. You will also do as I tell you or those pups you have in your belly will be no more. Each time you tell me no, one of your little girls will disappear. Then I will start on the other kids down there, then your friends one at a time. These are your choices, so make up your mind."

"Drew, you can't mean this, you are an alpha. Handsome and strong. You can have a good life without me."

"I don't want a life without you, and you won't have one without me. I want the list and you ready in an hour, this could be pleasant, or it could be hard, again your choice. Think about this really hard Melody." The phone line goes dead.

Melody's eyes start to fill up with tears, she then takes a deep breath. "Whatever we need we have an hour to get a list together. Food, beds, bedding, toothbrushes, get it together. There is bedrooms each mother and child or children share. Bonnie, you can stay with Laurie and share if you don't want to be alone. Or take the last one for yourself. Go check your rooms and see what you need to be comfortable."

"I'll sleep on the couch in the living room."

"No, Alpha Kevin, you can have one of the bedrooms. Bonnie, if you don't want to share then you can take a small bedroom. Also get the kids clothes sizes and list them. If you can think of any other item we may need tell me now."

"Melody, we haven't even been here an hour can't he give was some time." Amanda being pregnant, her emotions are getting the best of her.

"If I could, I would, but he is the one giving the orders. Mom, in one of these bathrooms there is a dress hung up can you find it for me please."

"I know my son, he won't hurt you just do what he says, and it will be alright."

Laurie looks Kevin right in the eye, "You don't know him, you let him and your beta hurt people and run roughshod over your pack. So don't try and cover for him, we know the truth. Ladies, don't stand there, we only have an hour. Whenever he calls back, we have to be ready."

They all start to move as they were instructed. Coming out with lists and gathering around the table. "Bonnie, will you take the lists and put them in order for me to read over the phone to him please?"

"You have to get dressed, we don't need him mad at you and hurting you."

"I have time, Bonnie. Is there anything not on the list we need. Shit, we forgot food, can you go throw a list together. If there is anything any of you want special write it down in a hurry, please."

Amanda talks up, "They brought all the stuff from the bus with them, can we have that brought here? The kids toys and some of their clothes along with our instruments?"

"That was a good idea, any other thoughts? Is everyone done?"

"What about crayons and coloring books, some toys, something for the kids to do. There is no tv down here."

Bonnie hands her the list, "This is all of it just not the food Laurie has that."

"Here baby here is the food list."

"Is that all the stuff we need?" Everyone nods yes. "Drew has made some promises, if I tell him no for any reason, he will send sleeping gas through the air vents and take out my children and I will never see them again. Then he will start with yours and then each of you."

"Like it or not, he will not hurt you, or the kids just listen to him."

"Kevin, just stop. He says as long as we all behave that we will be taken care of. I have a strange feeling we are being watched and he is listening to every word we are saying so please watch what you say and do."

"Melody, this is going to affect you the most, are you going to be able to handle this."

"Amanda, this is affecting all of us, we are going to be here for a while so let's make the best of it and maybe things will get better. I am so sorry for what you guys are going through. I have to get ready, he wants me to have dinner with him, he left me a dress. So, I will be leaving you soon, would you please take care of the little ones for me. I don't know how long I am going to be gone." The phone goes off, Melody picks it up. "Hello."

"Are you ready?"

"We have our list. I am getting dressed, I'll be ready in a few minutes."

"Be ready in ten minutes, keep everyone away from the door." Then he hung up. Melody got up to get changed for her dreaded dinner with Drew.

Her dress was full length with two slits, one on each side. It was a cream color and skintight. The tightness showed her pregnant stomach, the front was cut very low, her breasts being larger than normal stuck out in a very alluring way. She brushed her hair leaving it straight down her back and she wore her flats that she had come in wearing.

Kevin walked to her held her shoulders, "He loves you. Talk to him calmly and don't argue with him."

Melody whispered, "I'll try." She is half in tears.

The door opened and there he was the mate that rejected her and has taken her from the one that wanted her. Drew walked in eyeing all women and children, "Come now." Then took her hand and started leading her out.

Kevin stepping in his way, "Son, please don't do this. She is pregnant you can hurt the pups and that is wrong."

Drew stopped and seemed to think about what his father said, "I understand what you are saying. I will do what I want."

Melody who was just standing there, looked between the two of them, decided to break the staring contest, "Alpha Drew, I have the list you have asked for, along with a request for the items we had packed in the bus. Most of it is the toys for the kids and a few pieces of clothing. Along with our instruments."

Drew looked at the list then at Melody, "Will this make you happy?"

Melody, not sure what to say thought about it for a second, "Yes it will, thank you." With that being said he left taking her with him.

When they enter the pack house she is met by Eric and Michael. She looks at them not wanting them around her. Michael greets her, "Welcome home daughter."

Eric smiles at her, "I have missed you, Melody." All she did was smile at them trying to heed Alpha Kevins advice and not make them mad.

"Let's go in the dining room and have dinner. Then we will discuss what we are going to do and start our life together."
