Chapter 84

"Melody, I think I am leaving Branden."

"Why?"

"He tricked me and got me pregnant on purpose."

"How did he do that? I can't believe he did that."

"Well, he did, he put holes in the condoms!"

"Oh, Bonnie that was terrible. Does he know you know?"

"Yeah, I told him that I saw the holes and that he was a liar and I never wanted to see him again."

"Alright, come stay with me it will be okay." Bonnie starts to cry, and Melody hugs her trying to comfort her.

"I love him even though he was an asshole. Melody has Anthony ever done something that made you this mad."

"Of course, he has he is a man and they are always doing stupid stuff. Talk to him and you will work it out. Are you missing him yet, be honest Bonnie."

"It's been five days and I keep crying I miss him so much. He tricked me and I am still so mad."

"He was wrong, but can you forgive him?"

"I have, I don't want him to know it yet. Maybe I can go home and make him sleep on the couch for a while." He stayed on the couch for one night and they started cuddling again.

This is like a dream come true, we are all family in this little area. My mom is next door, Bonnie is two doors down and Amanda is across the street in our old house. Which they need the room with the twin girls coming. Even Anthony's dad and Christine have moved over here next to Amanda.

"Melody can Carley stay with your nannies for a little, I have to go help at the orphanage for a little before lunch. Then again after."

"You seem to like working there."

"It gives me something to do, I am actually bringing three of them to have dinner with us tonight."

"I would love to meet them. Why don't you come over with them and we have dinner together?"

"I think that would be nice. I wanted you to meet them but didn't want to get to pushy."

"Don't be silly, I go to the orphanage all the time. I most likely met them already. Why don't we have lunch together. Amanda and I both have doctor appointments today and Bonnie is coming along so we can have lunch together."

"I will see you at lunch time then."

"Hi doctor. I hope this time you are right and it is only two."

"This has been so unusual, never have I had so many of the pack leaders have twins. This is going to make us a strong pack."

"We are already a strong pack."

"True Luna but a little extra strength never hurts."

The restaurant we had lunch at is quaint and we are having an enjoyable time. "Bonnie, you have to have twins like the rest of us." Amanda teased.

"Thats right you have to have twins, or you will have to have more babies." Melody added.

"The hell I do. I told him I would only do this once and that is it."

"Yes, you can have twins and they can play with the rest of them." Laurie joined in, her and Christine joined us for lunch.

"Yeah or you will have to have another one right away," Christine says.

"If any of you mention twins again, I swear I will go home and not talk to you ever again."

Anthony was at the house when I came in. "How did the doctors go? I feel so bad that I wasn't there, but I had to straighten out the transportation for this concert. We are now proud owners of a mini bus."

The doctor said I was great and then he mentioned twins are running in the pack. That he has never had so many twins being born, and it was making the pack stronger." As soon as I said that Bonnie started crying hysterically.

Branden couldn't get her to stop. "Baby please stop crying you are going to get sick."

"This is all your fault, and I am so mad at you."

"What is my fault? That you are pregnant. You already punished me for that I can't take it back, I am sorry."

"No the other reason I am mad at you and I don't want to talk to you."

"Tell me what I did I will fix it. I promise, whatever you want."

"The doctor told me it was two heart beats, and I am having twins. It is your fault. Promised me I don't want have to do this again. Ever."

Alright we will never do this again, I promise. Wait you said twins. Bonnie was nodding her head up and down and sniffling. Branden got up and picked her up and twirled her across the floor."

Later that day Melody went looking for Anthony. "Hi baby why are you so stressed?" Melody is staring at Anthony.

"We have not heard from the Skyline Pack since they went home. I just have this strange feeling, and I can't get rid of it. My wolf and I both have the same uneasy feeling, and I don't trust them."

When you talked to the doctor and their medical staff what did they say?"

"He told me he was happy that I helped him. The doctor said that Kevin was doing great."

"Could it be you are just worried about this trip and the concert?"

"I know we are going in a week to the concert in New York, it being postponed from six weeks, to seven it didn't hurt anything. I am just that much bigger."

"Why was it postponed? You are not that big, and you are gorgeous, so stop worrying."

"Remember I told you they could not get a group of musicians back to the U.S., they were in England."

"I didn't remember. Too many other things on my mind."

"Anthony this trip is not at a good time, this shit with Drew and the rogue's activities are picking up. I just have an uneasy feeling."

"Patrols have been increased and we are taking the guards from around the house with us. You have to be there what else can I do?"

"Nothing, I guess. I am going home I will talk to you tonight."
