Andy's POV

*One Month Later*

"I know we said we would spend this year focusing on recording, but we have you scheduled to appear at a festival in Cincinnati next month." Our manager said.

"Yes!" I cheered, standing up and pumping my fist in the air.

"I don't think I've ever seen you so excited to go to Ohio." Jake laughed.

"I've, uhm, been looking for an excuse to ask Brielle's parents for their blessing to propose." I said nervously.

"Alright!" CC cheered, holding up his hand for a high five. I smiled and high fived him. 

"That's exciting man, congrats!" Jinxx said.

"Thanks, we've been talking about it for a while and I'm just ready. I mean, I've been ready, I was just waiting on Brielle. I just really hope they say yes."

"I'm sure they will. They seemed to like you when we met them." Lonny shrugged.

"I'm sure they will too, but it's just always a concern in the back of my mind, y'know?" I asked and they all agreed.

"I'm home!" I called, kicking off my shoes. 

"Hi baby!" Brielle said cheerfully, coming up to me and giving me a hug and kiss. "How was the studio today?"

"It was good. Got a lot of work done." I said, nodding. "Our manager told us we're going to a festival in Ohio next month."

"Ooh! I wanna go!"

"You can't." I said quickly and she looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

"And why not?"

"It's just a quick thing, they're not letting us bring anyone." I said, shaking my head, trying to find an excuse. If she comes, it'll ruin everything. I can't ask her parents if she's there. That literally defeats the whole purpose.

"I don't have to actually be with you guys. I can pay for my own plane ticket, stay in your hotel room. It's not brain surgery." She said, rolling her eyes. I sighed and racked my brain for an answer.

"Do you not want me to come?" She asked, a hurt look on her face.

"Of course I want you to come! We're-we're just flying out on Thursday and flying back Monday. T-That's a lot of work for you to miss."

"I'll ask work. If I get off, I'm going."

"Yes ma'am." I said with a smirk.

Brielle's POV

"Do you think Andy could be cheating on me?" I asked as I was out to lunch with Sienna the next day.

"Woah! Where is this coming from?" She asked, letting her fry drop to her plate.

"He's going to a festival in Ohio next month and it didn't seem like he wanted me to go. He was finding every excuse for me not to go."

"So why do you think he's cheating?"

"What if he's invited his other girlfriend to go already? What if he has someone else in Ohio. Oh my god! W-What if I'm the side hoe and he has a whole wife and kids in Ohio?"

"Brielle, stop spiraling." Sienna said, her mouth full of food.

"You don't seem like you care about my crisis!"

"It's hardly a crisis." She said, rolling her eyes. "You're just overreacting over nothing. There are a million other things besides infidelity that it could be."
