Chapter 95: Sienna's Wedding

Andy's POV

*One Week Later*

"Andy!" Sienna exclaimed, pulling me in for a hug.

"Hey," I greeted as I walked into her house.

"Let me see her!" Sienna exclaimed, holding out her arms towards Madi. I placed my daughter in her arms and Sienna snuggled her close.

"Hi Madi!" Sienna greeted. "You're so big!" Sienna commented. I hadn't seen Sienna since her daughter,  Brianna, was born, which was about seven months ago.

"Yup, she's a whole year old now."

"I know! What a crazy year," Sienna chuckled as she walked to the couch. I followed her and we both sat down on one of the couches. Sienna rested Madi on her lap as she looked at me with sympathetic eyes. "How have you been?" she asked, placing her hand on my knee.

"Last week was rough. I kind of fell apart after our birthdays and it took me a few days to come around. Luckily, I was at my parents through New Year's so they helped take care of Madi."

"That's good, yeah, last week was not good," Sienna said, shaking her head as she looked at the floor. "I'm hoping it will get easier as the years go by."

"I hope so too. I started having an existential crisis thinking about what this week will be like as Madi gets older. I mean, it's supposed to be a happy week for a kid. Christmas, her birthday, New Years. Plus, she didn't know Brielle so I have no idea how she'll handle days like these."

"Time will tell," Sienna sighed. "Oh, there's my girl!" Sienna exclaimed as Sterling walked into the room, holding Brianna.

"Can I hold her?" I asked.

"Of course," Sterling said, handing the infant to me. I held her close and smiled down at her.

"She is absolutely perfect," I said.

"Thank you," Sienna said.

"How's parenthood been?" I asked.

"Rough," Sienna laughed. "This one likes to switch up her sleep schedule on us all the time."

"I remember that," I chuckled. "I definitely don't miss the newborn stage."

"I don't want her to get older, but I'm excited to see who she becomes," Sienna said.

"Exactly my thoughts," I said as I handed Brianna to Sterling. "So, what's up?" I asked. Sienna had called and asked if I could come over because had a question.

"Okay, hear me out, because this might sound weird. We've finally set a wedding date, for July. It's here in LA. I was wondering if Madi can be our flower girl? Brianna will be one too."

"That's not weird, of course." I laughed. "Wait, Madi's not the only one invited to the wedding, right?" I asked with a joking smirk, making Sienna laugh.

"Oh my god, Andy. Of course you're invited!" Sienna laughed and then composed herself. "I was hoping you would stand in for Brielle," she said nervously.

"You mean..." I trailed off, raising my eyebrow.

"I want you to stand in as my maid of honor, man of honor, if you will. You're the only one I would feel comfortable having that role, you know, without Brielle."

"I'd be honored to do that for you Sienna, but doesn't the maid, or man, of honor have a lot of responsibilities? I mean, I'm not a planner or a partier and I leave for tour in April."
