Chapter 51: Don't Want to Wait

Brielle's POV

*One Month Later*

"Hey, we leave for a month long tour around Europe in January, do you want to come?" Andy asked.

"You know I can't take that much time off of work." I said, shaking my head.

"You know, if you quit, I can support both of us, comfortably."

"I'm just not ready to leave. It keeps me busy while you're on tour." I shrugged.

"If you didn't have a job, you could come with me on tour!" He said and I rolled my eyes. "Come on, you don't even like your job! Don't act like it's not a reasonable suggestion."

"I told you that I might be willing to quit when we have kids, but I don't want to be the tag-along wife. Following you like a little lost puppy dog."

"You won't!"

"Andy-"

"Fine." He sighed, slumping on the couch.

"Uhm, speaking of having kids. I think I might want to start trying." I said nervously. He perked up, his eyes wide.

"Are you sure?" He asked. I could tell he was trying to hide his excitement.

"Yeah, I think I am." I said with a giggle. He stood up and pulled me with him, pulling me into his arms and spinning me around. I laughed as we spun, Andy stopping and holding my face in his hands.

"Yes." He said, pressing his forehead to mine. "I think we should start." He said, kissing me deeply.

"Good, because I already made an appointment to remove my implant." I laughed.

"Oh, I'm so happy!" He exclaimed, lifting me off of my feet in a bear hug.

"Now, it could take a minute because of the birth control." I warned.

"That's fine, I don't care." He said, looking into my eyes. "I just know I want to start a family with you Brielle. I love you."

"I love you too Andy." I giggled.

"Come on." He said, grabbing my hand and pulling me to the stairs.

"Where are we going?" I questioned, being dragged behind him.

"To practice!" He said, leading me to the bedroom.

The next day, I was hanging out with Sienna at her apartment. We were watching trash TV and eating junk food. One of our favorite past times.

"So, Andy and I decided we're going to start trying for a baby." I blurted out. Sienna snapped her head to me with wide eyes.

"Really?" She asked and I nodded. "FINALLY!" She shouted, pumping her fist in the air.

"What's going on?" Sterling asked, coming out, slightly panicked.

"Bri and Andy are going to have a baby!" Sienna squealed happily.

"Congrats Brielle!" He smiled.

"Trying." I clarified. "We are planning for a baby."

"Oh, well still." He smiled and left the room.

"I have an appointment to get my implant removed next week."

"Ah! I'm going to be an aunt! I'm so excited!" She rambled.

"I think you're more excited than me, maybe even Andy." I laughed.

"This is amazing Bri! You better keep me updated every step along the way."

"I'll keep you updated once I'm pregnant. I don't think you want to hear about the process." I chuckled.

"Yeah, you're right." She said, popping a piece of candy in her mouth.

"Also, Andy's trying to convince me to go on a European tour with him."

"Oh my god, cool! Why aren't you going?"

"Work." I said like it was an obvious answer.

"Uhm, vacation."

"Uhm, it's a month long. That will wipe out my vacation time for the year!"

"Bri, it's Europe!"

"Andy suggested I quit my job."

"You hate that job! Quit and run off to Europe! You'll have less freedom once you have a baby."

"I'm afraid of looking like a puppy dog, a wife too dependent on her husband, just following him around the world."

"Quit the job, Bre! Enjoy your life! Life is too damn short to be working all the time! You could die tomorrow!"

"I'll think about it." I sighed, turning my attention back to the show.
