Early the next morning, Fu Weibo escorted his uncle and nephew to the train station. Both Fu Weilun and Fu Yu carried a backpack each. Fu Weibo handed a parcel to his younger brother.

"I put two hundred yuan in your bag, and here's some food that your sister-in-law prepared. Be careful on your journey."

Fu Weilun took the parcel, glanced at its weight, and said, "This is so heavy. There's food on the train. Maybe you should just take it back."

"Keep it. It'll take at least three days to get to Shanghai. There's chili sauce and boiled eggs your sister-in-law made. You can buy some hot buns on the train and eat them with the sauce."

"If there's anything you need me to do, just call the production team," Fu Weibo added, feeling a bit anxious since he couldn't join the trip. He knew his presence was needed at home, especially with their father.

The train was scheduled for 7 a.m., and they entered the station about ten minutes beforehand. After a short wait, the train arrived. The uncle and nephew waved goodbye to Fu Weibo, grabbed their bags, and boarded the train.

The journey from Anyang County to Shanghai took about three days and three nights. Fu Weilun had managed to get sleeper tickets, so they could rest. Otherwise, the trip might have been unbearable.

Watching his nephew, Fu Yu, looking around curiously, Fu Weilun found it amusing. He didn't expect his usually calm nephew to show such a childlike side.

"You took a train once when you were little. Don't you remember?" he asked.

"I don't remember at all..."

Fu Weilun was speechless.

Despite his usual demeanor, Fu Yu was still a seventeen-year-old boy, naturally curious about the unknown. After satisfying his curiosity, he saw that his uncle had already fallen asleep. Although he was a bit tired, he forced himself to stay awake, taking a book out of his bag to read. The train was crowded, so he needed to be mindful of pickpockets.

When Fu Weilun woke up, it was already noon. He opened his eyes and looked at his nephew, who was engrossed in his book.

"Ah Yu, stop reading. Let's eat," he suggested.

Fu Yu rubbed his hungry stomach. "Uncle, I'm starving and sleepy," he complained, giving his uncle a resentful look. "One of us has to stay awake to watch our stuff."

"You're right. My mistake. I didn't sleep much last night. I'll go get some hot water and soak the boiled eggs your mom packed for us. Then I'll buy some hot buns. After we eat, you can rest while I keep watch," Fu Weilun said, grabbing two large thermoses and heading to get hot water.

He returned with the hot water, soaking the eggs, and laid out the freshly bought buns and a jar of chili sauce on the small table between the two bunks.

"Ah Yu, hurry and eat. After you're done, get some sleep."

They devoured six buns and finished the boiled eggs. After cleaning up, they poured themselves some hot water and chatted leisurely.

"Uncle, have you met Grandpa's granddaughter?"

Fu Weilun raised an eyebrow, "That little girl Xiaoxiao should be about thirteen by now. I saw her right after she was born, but not since then."

"She's the only girl in our Fu family. My younger brother has always wanted a sister, so his wish has come true," Fu Yu commented.

With a subtle smile, Fu Weilun glanced at him. "Your brother? I remember it was you who caused a fuss when he was born, didn't you?"
