First, Fu Xiao moved the gold into a separate room on the first floor of the villa.

The rest of the antiques, calligraphy, jade pendants, and jewelry were all stored in the basement warehouse.

She couldn't help it—she was like a country bumpkin, only truly appreciating the shiny gold...

As for the other items, while she knew they were valuable, she lacked the artistic sensibility to appreciate them fully. Besides, those things were better kept out of sight for now.

Gold was visually satisfying and could be exchanged for items in the mall.

After organizing everything, even someone as experienced as she was excited and couldn't sleep. Just the gold alone filled over ten boxes.

Fu Xiao decided to use one box of gold to top up her mall account.

Seeing the endless string of zeros in her balance, she grinned like a fool.

She immediately bought a mid-level hot spring pool. It was vastly different from the basic one she had received before. According to the description, the mid-level hot spring, also known as a medicinal spring, could refine the body with prolonged use. The basic hot spring had improved her mental state slightly, so she hoped the mid-level one would benefit her abilities even more.

She also upgraded her machine to the next level, which now allowed her to make some simple cooked foods, such as steamed buns. It could also turn milk into milk candy or milk tablets and make simple fruit juices. Overall, it was much more powerful.

Additionally, she purchased a top-of-the-line liquor-making machine. This machine could brew alcohol automatically—just input the ingredients, and it would do the rest. She bought a plot of spiritual farmland specifically to grow fruits for brewing.

Most importantly, she bought a bottle of basic spiritual spring water. It could be used for both brewing alcohol and for the health of her family.

Why not buy a higher grade of spiritual spring water?

First, its effects were too potent; rapid changes in her body might reveal secrets she wanted to keep hidden.

Second, it was prohibitively expensive—one box of gold couldn't cover it.

She also upgraded the villa to level three. The upgraded villa now had three floors, with a large gym filled with various fitness equipment, perfect for exercising.

The bathtub was now a massage tub, and beside the gym, there was a home theater. It worked fine, though it required a fee for premium content or a membership.

Fu Xiao frowned at the thought of paying for a membership. She preferred not to indulge this annoying habit.

The second floor now had a suite and a study. The suite's closet and bedroom were enlarged by a third. The study had two additional bookshelves, and the basement extended an extra level, making the space even larger.

This expansion resolved her previous space constraints, allowing her to harvest the outside crops she had been unable to due to space issues.

Entering the kitchen, she was surprised to see a robot standing still. It was an upgraded cooking robot from the villa's renovation, which now had capabilities beyond just cooking. She reprogrammed it to be a housekeeper robot, which could handle a variety of chores such as laundry, cleaning, and folding clothes.

Fu Xiao was pleased with this new addition. Cooking could still be a pleasure with the intelligent kitchen tools, and having the robot handle laundry was fantastic.
