She asked, "Brothers, don't you have work today?"

"It's rainy, so no work," Fu Yu said as he stood up to clear the dishes and headed to the kitchen.

"Second Brother, where are the others?" Fu Xiao looked at Fu Hong, who was wiping the table.

"Mom, Dad, and Grandpa went to the team office for a meeting. Little Kai is probably still asleep; he stays at home all day when it rains."

Fu Xiao went to the main room and, as expected, saw her little brother sprawled on his small bed. She pulled up the blanket that had slipped off and quietly closed the door as she left the room.

The weather was overcast, and before long, the rain began to fall lightly.

On rainy days, there was nothing much to do.

Her two brothers retreated to their rooms to read, and after closing her own room door, Fu Xiao entered her space.

Compared to the gloomy weather outside, she preferred the consistently bright atmosphere of her space. She didn't like cloudy days; the dimness made her feel oppressed and uncomfortable.

In the space, she lounged on a comfy chair, enjoying the fragrance of flowers and fruit from the balcony, holding a cup of milk and savoring her current pleasant life.

After finishing her milk, she got up, took some dried fruits from the plate, and went to the study to continue researching her case studies. Traditional Chinese medicine was indeed vast and profound. Many notes were recorded, and even after reviewing all of Grandpa Fu's collection, she found no detailed explanations, leaving her with only a partial understanding.

It seemed that mastering traditional Chinese medicine depended largely on self-study. Finding a master now was unrealistic; real experts were probably living in seclusion.

Sigh... given the current situation, she had to research more on her own.

After spending an hour on a case study, her head was starting to spin.

She exited the space and looked outside through the window. The yard was very quiet, with only the sound of rain. There was already quite a bit of water accumulating in the yard.

Glancing at her watch, it was just past nine, still early.

She closed the window and entered the space again.

Entering the study, she turned on the computer and browsed the mall, not necessarily to buy anything but just to see what's available. The mall had many amazing items, though their prices were high. She wasn't a shopping fanatic, so she just browsed casually.

There were even items like marrow-cleansing pills from the cultivation world...

Hmph, a small matter.

The mall even had interstellar spaceships. Marrow-cleansing pills seemed trivial compared to that, but the prices were exorbitant, which she couldn't afford.

She noticed that items from beyond this era were more expensive, while simpler items were cheaper.

This watch was quite interesting.

There were versions for both men and women, and the style was just a plain mechanical watch.

Oh, it even had a waterproof feature.

But could you believe it had a positioning function?

By turning on the positioning feature, you could sync the location to the computer, tracking it anywhere.
