In this chapter, I'll be reporting on the situation in the Thestania Empire.
Behold, the utterly fucking chaotic Thestania Empire.
I might post two chapters again.

A certain room in the Prime Minister's Office, Japan
In that room were two men: Prime Minister Hirose and Chief Cabinet Secretary Koshimizu. The two were enjoying a drink and taking a breather. However, Hirose noticed Koshimizu's strangely sullen expression and asked him about it.
"What's wrong, Koshimizu-san? Oh! Don't tell me you had another fight with your wife!"
Koshimizu continued to scowl. He poured whiskey into his glass, filling it to the brim, and downed it in one gulp.
"Phew... Hirose, I'm really not satisfied with this..." he said, his face still unchanging.
"What exactly you're 'not satisfied' with?"
"Stop pretending... You know exactly what I'm talking about."
"?"
"Seriously, you don't get it? It's about the Betsuhan."
"Ah—!! So that's it!"
Koshimizu let out a sigh, realizing he hadn't noticed it before, but continued the conversation.
"Sure, right now Kuze is in charge of them, but why did we mobilize those symbols of power behind Japan so easily?"
"Hmm?"
"I know it's not an easy mission. But frankly, couldn't that mission have been carried out by the Special Forces Group?"
"That mission" Koshimizu referred to was regarding the Kingdom of Amdis. At that moment, Hirose gulped down the whiskey in his glass, but ended up choking!
"Cough! Cough!"
"Why are you trying to fight back so hard?"
"Well, Koshimizu-san, your opinion is valid, especially coming from a former Betsuhan commander... But what if at that time, the Special Forces Group was engaged in another mission?"
"What!?"
Hirose handed Koshimizu a crumpled newspaper clipping from nearly six months ago that he had in his pocket. Koshimizu took it and stared at it, astonished.
"—No way! Are you saying the Special Forces Group was deployed for this!?"
"Ding, ding, ding!!" Hirose replied with a sinister grin.
The article read:
"All the leaders of the foreign resident protest groups active across the country have mysteriously vanished!!"

Rodom, capital of the Thestania Empire
The imperial capital had developed larger and more advanced than Reumel and Amdis. Luxurious and ornate buildings lined the surroundings. At first glance, it seemed to be a wonderful city, but there were bizarre sights scattered throughout. That is—
"HEY! Hurry up and move those bags, you cockroach of a slave!!"
A middle-aged man shouted angrily while swinging a whip. In front of him stood a beastman wearing ragged cloth, with shackles weighed down by chains on his feet. His body was covered in raw wounds, most of which were festering and swarming with flies.
