A dignified temple stood on top of an island floating in the sky above the Lipia Sea, a vast lake with the second-largest area in this world. This building is the venue for world summits, where the Five Great Powers decide on matters affecting the world.
At the round table in the grand hall, representatives of the Five Great Powers were present: Japan, the Great Valkian Empire, the Sahenantis Empire, the Kingdom of Leis, and the Demi-Human Nations Federation.

As Chairman Perez made this announcement, Emperor Yousefson of the Great Valkian Empire stood up. Without a glance at the murmuring crowd, he began to speak.
"I am Leigraaf Yousefson, sovereign of the Great Valkian Empire. Ordinarily, such a gathering would be managed by the foreign affairs representatives, but due to the urgency of the matter, I, as the Emperor, along with representatives of the other great powers, have gathered here. First, I would like to express my gratitude to those who have assembled."
Upon his statement, Emperor Yousefson placed a hand over his chest and gave a slight bow. In response, the other representatives stood and gave a slight nod of their heads.
"Thank you... Now, let me get to the main issue. You all know that the wall of mist disappeared several months ago. As a result, the state religion of the Lemurian Empire, the Way of Meruela, has been steadily expanding its missionary activities. Some countries have been directly or indirectly influenced by this religion, even those within this hall."
At these words, Emperor Grabert of the Sahenantis Empire and his Foreign Minister Shevtov, along with representatives from other nations, grimaced in response. Seeing their expressions, Yousefson nodded silently.
"Yes, it seems so. As you know, these missionary activities must not be taken lightly. Among the less-developed nations directly influenced by the spread of Meruela, many villages have experienced uprisings, making proper governance impossible. And this issue will only grow as time goes on."
