Great Valkian Empire, the northern continent of Megalanica
The sea surrounding this continent is extremely cold due to its northern location. A massive mountain range, soaring over 6.000 meters in elevation, forms a ring around the continent.
Inside this mountain range, however, one would hardly believe that just outside lies the frigid sea. Lush forests flourish, beautiful lakes shimmer under the sunlight, and a fantastical, vibrant metropolis reminiscent of modern mechanical civilization infused into early modern Europe spreads out. Well-maintained roads are lined with automobiles that travel to and fro, and voices echoing from within the city likely come through speakers. Perhaps there's a special sale happening.
What stands out the most, however, are the various ships flying through the vast sky. These vessels, equipped with numerous propeller-like devices, elegantly navigate the air, including some that are so massive they clearly require more than just propellers to remain airborne. Some ships even fly without any propellers at all.
This continent of Megalanica, nearly twice the size of Australia, is entirely the territory of the Great Valkian Empire.

Valcia, capital of the Great Valkian Empire
A single airship flew over the sky of the Imperial Capital, with the flag of the Great Valkian Empire fluttering from its sides. Through a speaker from the ship, a man's voice could be heard.
"Our Great Valkian Empire is a magnificent nation that shall thrive eternally! Now is the time for all countries to submit to the might of our Great Valkian Empire! For the next election, cast your pure vote for us, the Military Democratic Party!"
Then, a large number of flyers began to fall from the ship. Written on them, of course, were details about the Military Democratic Party and the obligation of conscription.
"It is the Military Democratic Party, the savior party of the Great Valkian Empire, that is absolute. The conscription period is approaching! Males over the age of 18 are obligated to serve for three years! Men must serve the country! Women must serve the men who serve the country!"
"Hey, hey! Who are you voting for in the next election?!"
"That's obvious, right? It's the MDP!"
"I knew you'd say that! Me too."
"Because, you know... it was the MDP that actively led the country during the Unprecedented Cataclysm that happened 30 years ago!"
"It was also the MDP that protected us from the threats of surrounding nations."
"Since the MDP came to power, we've won every single war! We are living in the most prosperous era in history for the Great Valkian Empire... It's truly thanks to the MDP!"
"MDP! Elendia!!"
"ELENDIA!!"
"Elendia!! Chairman Mart Rery!! ELENDIA!!"
