Mayas POV:

I woke up about 5 hours later. I guess that's all I needed because I feel a lot more refreshed now. I stretched and looked over at Riley who was on her phone. I got up and walked over to the bathroom and fixed my hair and threw it in a messy bun. I looked at the time:

We should be landing soon. We all took our seats as we started to descend. Finally, we were in NY and everyone had a good flight. By now it's 1:30 and were waiting for our cab to drive us back to Rileys apartment. New York is really big and since we landed in upstate, it would be about a 2 hour drive back into the city. Joy. We climb into the cab and tell him the address. We chat on and off before we arrived. I tipped the driver and waited for everyone else to get out of the cab. I looked up at the apartment building and see our famous "bay window". I look over at Riley and give her a big grin and say, "There it is, Riles. The bay window." She says back to me, "BAY WINDOW. BAY WINDOW RIGHT NOW." And runs into the apartment. We buzz into her room and we say simultaneously, "Guess who?!" And we hear Mr and Mrs. Matthews say back into the speaker, "THEYRE HOME EVERYONE! COME UP COME UP!" Everyone? Who else is there? What if Shawn is there? I start to get really excited and follow Riley up the stairs dragging along my luggage and guitar case trying to hide it best I can. Riley swings the door open and we all run through the door and drop our luggage. We're all greeted with, "WELCOME HOME!" From who seemed like everyone in the world. The apartment was full of people. Riley's parents, Riley's grandparents, Farkles parents, Josh, my mom, Shawn, Auggie, and even Lucas' parents flew in from Texas! It was awesome to see everyone again. Especially someone in particular.

Josh's POV:

"I can't wait to see Maya...Oh my god did I just say that out loud?"
"Yeah Josh you kinda did." Said my brother Corey. I haven't seen her in a year. I can't wait to see what she looks like now. I regret treating her like a child the way I always did. I hear the speaker box go off saying, "Guess who?" The voice that spoke out to me was Maya's. Corey and Topanga ran over to the box and said, "THEYRE HOME EVERYONE! COME UP COME UP!" I start to get butterflies in my stomach. I want to be the first person Maya runs to when she comes in. But I have to play it cool. Suddenly the door swings open and I see them all. I can't help but grin really big. Then I pick out the blonde hair and blue eyes I missed so dearly. Her eyes locked with mine and she says, "Boing..." I missed her saying that to me. I laughed as she ran to me and threw her arms around my neck as I grabbed her and held her tight. "I really really really really really missed you Maya." Wow nice to play it cool Josh. I thought to myself. She replied with, "I really missed you too, but I thought you hated me.."  And she pulled away from the hug. Those were the words I never wanted to hear from her. I told her, "Maya I know. I was stupid and ignorant and didn't realize how beautiful you are and how much you mean to me. I'm sorry for making you always feel that way. This year we took apart helped me realize how much I actually like you..." She stood there speechless.
