Mayas POV:

I heard Riley last night sobbing quietly when she was reading the album note. I'm really glad she liked it. When she was listening to the album she kept gasping over the fact that I actually can sing. It's shocking to me too. I got up late that day since I didn't actually fall asleep till around 1. I was up all night thinking about what Josh said to me. Was he lying? I checked my phone and saw a text from Farkle:

Farkle: come on wake up sleepyhead. We're heaving breakfast
Farkle: wake up
Farkle: please
Farkle: it's 11:00 time to wake up
Farkle: Riley is waiting for you she wants to talk
Farkle: Maya
Farkle: m
Farkle: a
Farkle: y
Farkle: a
Farkle: WAKE UP
Farkle: don't kill me for this
Maya: ok for fucks sake Farkle I'm coming.
Farkle: yay

I get up and quickly brush my teeth and throw on Riley's sweatpants and a NYU sweatshirt Josh left here last night. I never wear my own clothes. I walk into the kitchen and am greeted with, "Oh finally the queen is up." From Lucas. "Shut up Ranger Rick."

Riley noticed her sweatpants and said, "Hey cute sweats where'd you get them?" I replied with, "Oh yeah don't you like them? I got them from a new store across the street called Riley's Dresser." we all laughed and enjoyed our breakfast.
Suddenly, Riley nudges me and texts me:
Riley: tell them about the album.

"So Lucas. Farkle. I've hid something for about 3 years from you guys and it's-" I was interrupted by Lucas, "You can sing...You can play guitar, you have talent Maya! True talent! I heard you on the balcony yesterday before we left. You were singing a beautiful song. You should sign with a record company and you can get really big! I believe in you. You can do it Maya."
I looked at him in both confusion and pure anger. I got up quickly and was ready to throw a punch...
