Mayas POV:

What Josh just told me felt like a dream. The guy that I've had a crush on for the past 5 years finally likes me? No. Not possible. He's 3 years older than me. Come on Maya don't give in.
"Josh I don't know what to say. You know how I always felt about you.. What made you change your mind?"
Then Josh just kept rambling on and on about how this year we took apart made him realize how important I am to him and how much he truly liked me blah blah blah . I cut him off with a light kiss on the lips. I felt him kiss me back. He put his hands on the back of my head and twirled with my hair as he kept his lips locked on mine. I put my hand on his cheek as we started to get into this. Then it hit me. We were making out in front of all of our families. I immediately pulled back and said, "We shouldn't be doing this now." And laughed as I bit my lip. I embarrassingly looked over at Riley who was staring at me and Josh the whole time. I scratched the back of my head and awkwardly laughed. She giggled and pulled me over and said, "Shawn wants to see you."
That's right. SHAWN! I ran over to him and gave him a tight hug as I buried my face in his chest. He said to me, "How's it goin' kiddo? How was LA?" I missed his voice. Shawn's like the dad I never had. I always feel so comfortable with him. We both sat down and talked for a while just catching up on things. After that I went over to my mom. Oops. I forgot to say hi to her too. I laughed and hugged her tightly and said, "I missed you mom." She kissed the top of my head and started to cry. "I missed you a lot babygirl. Don't take that much time apart again from me please." She was getting emotional. Oh no. I can't cry. Not around anyone. I'm Maya Hart. I already had a lump in my throat from seeing Shawn and now my mom. I kept a smile on my face and caught up with her.
For the next 3 hours we all talked about the moving and Riley's birthday. It was great seeing everyone again. By the time it was 8:00 everyone left so it was just me, Mr. and Mrs. Matthews, Riley, Farkle, Lucas and Auggie. I looked over at Riley and remembered. I have to explain me and josh. She was probably really confused as to what happened. "Bay window. Bay window right now." We locked arms and went into Riley's room. Riley asked me to tell her the whole story between me and Josh so I did. And all she could say was, "See Maya I told you he'd admit to liking you. I told you!"
After talking for an hour it was now 9:00 and we all went in the living room and watched a movie. We let Auggie pick since it was his idea. For the next 2 hours we all watched, spongebob: the movie. Within the first hour and a half I remembered the album. "I'll be right back." I said to Riley. She nodded her head and said to hurry back. I quietly went into my bag and pulled out the album. This was it. I went to her room and placed it on her pillow. After tonight my secret is out and everything could possibly change.

Sorry for this chapter it was kinda rushed and just all over the place. I promise they'll get better
