Maya's POV:

I woke up about 4 hours later to the car stopping. I opened my eyes and saw Lucas and Farkle switching positions. I looked over at Riley who was smiling at me. I say back with a smile, "What?" She says, "Dunno. You look cute when you sleep." I laugh and say, "First Josh now you." Speaking of Josh I forgot to text him.
Maya: hiya handsome
Josh: hiya princess
Maya: what are you up to
Josh: worked a late shift so I just got home. What about you?
Maya: ....on a road trip😂😂😂
Josh: what?? Road trip? Why didnt you tell me? Where? With who?
Maya: wanna ask anymore questions? And idk it was a last minute thing. We don't even know where and with Farkle, Lucas and Riley
Josh: well damn. I wanna go
Maya: maybe we can go to ny😂😂😂

I text my mom next to let her know too.
Maya: hi mom. Just wanted to update you that we're currently on.. A road trip. We don't know where we're going but don't worry we've got everything all under control so before you freak, hear me out

Next I decide to text Ross...
Maya: heya
Ross: hey Maya! What's up
Maya: on a road trip. Getting used to being on the move for tour😂wbu
Ross: that's so fun. I love being on tour you're gonna have a great time. I just got out of the pool (sends the picture at top of chapter)
Maya: well damn boi😍
Ross: when you get back we should chill for a while
Maya: yeah we should! You could sleep over too

Okay that's enough of that. I put my phone back down to charge and adjust my head on the pillow. I breath out and close my eyes. Riley says, "Maya?" I keep my eyes shut and say, "Yeeees Riley." She asks, "Can you sing me a song?" I rub my eyes and ask, "Sing you a song? What why?" And laugh. She says, "Dunno. You're really good and I wanna hear you now." I sigh and say, "Fine. What song?" She says, "Hmmm. Ooh sing what do you mean by Justin bieber!" I smile and say, "Yes I love that song. Okay." And I start,

I look up at Riley and Lucas who are staring at me and smiling. I say, "Stop staring at me." Lucas says, "I'm sorry. Your voice is so perfect and beautiful. I can't help but stare at you." What did Lucas just say..? Riley opens her eyes wide and looks at me in fear and confusion. Lucas snaps back to reality and realizes what he just said. He says, "I mean. Uh. Not in that way. I just think you're a good singer. Yeah." And quickly turns back around. Uhm okay... I shouldn't think much of that. I'm sure it was nothing... But still.

I have an idea for more Ross appearances and possibly drama with Riley and Lucas ;)
