Fourty Four

Fast forward 1 month

Maya's POV:

Our road trip was fun. We just got back 2 weeks ago. We went all the way to Michigan. We could've gone to New York to see everyone, but we figured we wouldn't want to leave once we got there. I leave for tour in a month and a half, and I'm so excited.

I woke up this morning on Lucas's shoulder and Riley laying across us. I have an awful neck cramp and see solo cups on the coffee table. I don't remember too much from last night, but I know that we had a few drinks. I might've had too many. I feel a hangover come along as my head starts to hurt. I look over at Lucas who has red lipstick kisses all over his cheeks and has a few hickeys on his neck. Riley doesn't wear lipstick.. Did we invite other people over? I rub my lips and red lipstick comes off all over my hand. My jaw drops. "Oh no." I say to myself. I wonder if Riley knows or remembers. I gently lift up Riley's head off my lap and slip out and I put a pillow in my place. I go into the bathroom and see my makeup all over my face and my hair is a mess. I wash my face off then take a nice and hot shower.
When I get out I wrap myself in a towel and brush then blow dry my hair. I put on a red and black flannel with a white tank underneath and some jean short shorts. I do my make up which is simple mascara, some brown eyeshadow and a little eyeliner. I walk back into the living room and see Lucas and Riley still asleep. I start to realize that Farkle isn't here. Where is he? I check his room and see him sleeping in bed. I wake him up, "YO Farkle. Wake up I need to talk to you." He shoots up and says rubbing his eyes, "Yeah what's up?" I ask, "What happened last night?" He sighs and sits on the edge of the bed. He says, "Alright well firstly, it went off good. You played a little guitar, we watched a movie, and played a board game. Then you and Lucas said that we should have a drink in honor of your tour soon. Riley and I agreed because we didn't think you two would just keep going. You and Lucas were on your 6th drink by 1:00am. Riley surprisingly had 4. I don't know what got into her, but she kept going with you. I, on the other hand, knew when to stop after my first. You guys were all really drunk and you started to get really attracted to Lucas. You grabbed his face and attacked him with hard kisses. He grabbed your body back caressing you. Riley was just sitting there unfazed by it. I was so angry with you, but confused at the same time. After you all crashed on the couch I went to bed myself." I scratch my head and try to remember anything from last night. I don't know what to say back except for, "Woah..." He nods his head in shame. I sigh in annoyance with myself and walk out into the living room. Riley and Lucas are still asleep. I need to know if Riley remembers last night. If she doesn't I'm safe....... Wait... No I'm not. I promised her I wouldn't keep anything from her again. But I can't tell her I made out with her boyfriend. I sit back down in my spot from before and pat Riley's head. She shakes her head on my lap and stretches her legs across Lucas. She turns around to face me keeping her eyes closed. I tap her nose and her eyes slowly open. I smile at her and she says, "Hiya." Good I don't think she remembers. I say, "Do you remember last night?" She laughs and shakes her head. I say, "Well I don't either, but I asked Farkle and we three had quite a few drinks. And I did something. I promised you I wouldn't keep anything from you so I'm just gonna tell you.. I...I made out with Lucas." I say the last part really fast and cringe my body. She raises her eyebrows and rubs her eyes and says with an attitude, "You what?" I say, "Listen I know it sounds bad, but I swear I was drunk and so was he. I don't like that I did it, just please don't be mad at me. It's not my fault." She punches my arm and storms out of the house with tears streaming down her face. What did I do....

Any more suggestions? What should happen between Riley and Maya? This could turn a lot of different ways
