Maya's POV:

The whole rest of yesterday and last night was all the same. I talked for a little, slept, talked, and slept. My fever went down and I still have a little cough, but it doesn't sound as bad and I have most of my voice back. On top of that, Riley stayed up with me the whole night taking my temperature and getting me water and tea.
Now we're all at the breakfast table. Lucas asks, "So how do you feel today?" I say, "A lot better. All thanks to Riley for taking care of me. Thank you pumpkin." And I smile. I look across the table and see Riley's head down. I wave my hand in front of her face and say, "Guys she's asleep." We all laugh and I take a picture of her and tweet it: "(image from top of chapter) sleepy Riley. Thanks for taking care of me yesterday and helping me feel a lot better. I love you ❤️ thanks for all of your get well wishes too, all my love xx" I hear Riley's phone buzz which jolts her awake. She yawns and checks it and tweets me back: "❤️glad to see you're okay now" and smiles at me. She puts her phone down and lays her head back down. I laugh and motion to Lucas to carry her to bed. Farkle and I follow him. Lucas gently places Riley on the bed and I pull the sheets over her. He kisses the top of her head and I give her hand a squeeze. She whispers, "Maya. Are you sure you're okay?" I say, "Sh. Get some sleep. I'm fine now." I cough. She shoots up and says, "You're still sick!" I sit down on the bed and say, "Well, yeah I guess... but not as bad! You can't stay up anymore it's not healthy for you." I sneeze. She takes my hand and pulls me down onto the bed. I groan and she says, "You're gonna get sick again if you push yourself too much. You need to give yourself a break!" I roll my eyes and say, "Fine I guess it'll be another day of nothing." She says, "Guess so."
I stare up at the ceiling for a few minutes. My head ache comes back and I start to feel dizzy again. Oh great I think to myself. I look over at Riley who's fast asleep. I groan and cover my eyes with my hands. She wakes up and quickly looks at me and says, "See! I told you you were still sick." I stutter as the world starts spinning and everything gets fuzzy, "I'm not... It's fine.. I'm... It-" everything goes black.

Riley's POV:

"I'm not... It's fine.. I'm... It" Maya stutters. "Maya? She passed out again." I say. Why does this keep happening? Lucas and Farkle come rushing in and Farkle says, "We heard you say she-" he stops and looks over at the unconscious Maya. I say with a shaky voice, "Are you sure she's okay Lucas?" He hesitates and says, "....yeah I am." I say, "You hesitated." He says, "I'm sorry. You know.. Some times people faint a lot due to stress in their lives." I pause and say, "Maybe that's it! It could be from flying a lot and recording! But.. Maybe not. She's not just fainting, she also has a cough and a fever and keeps sneezing." He shrugs and says, "Well it can also make you a bit sick too." I say, "Yeah. That's true. I guess you're right. Thanks Lucas." I shake Maya, hopefully bringing her back to consciousness. She jolts up and is out of breath. I say, "Woah what happened are you okay?" She says, "I don't know. Last thing that happened in my dream was I was being followed by someone. I heard a gunshot behind me and then I woke up." I skip right to the point and ask, "What's going on?" She pauses and says, "What?" I say, "There's gotta be something that's bothering you lately. What is it?" She stutters, "I don't.. I don't know what you mean. Nothing's going on!" I say, "You stuttered. Why can't you just tell me? Is it something with Josh or your mom or anyone?" Her eyes trail off and around the room and says, "I guess.. I.. it's something with Ross."
