Mayas POV:

I pulled out my phone and started to text Riley:
Maya: hey I'm on my way home
Riley: okay. How was your walk
Maya: good. I still don't know if I want to do something that drastic or not.
Riley: don't stress yourself out about this. Whatever you decide I'll support

I walk up the steps and into Riley's house. I see everyone in the same positions I left them in.
"Hey guys." I say
Farkle is the first to greet me, "So Maya what do you say?"
I tell him, "I don't know yet. It's gonna take some time to think about it."
I began to Riley, "So Riley.. Josh invited me to this party tonight. And i don't think I'm gonna go because of what we did yesterday." She said back to me, "I don't know if you want to do that either Maya. He might get a little out of hand. He IS a college boy. And I'm not trying to upset you, but who knows if he really meant it.."
I sat there thinking.. Riley's probably right. He's in college what would he want to do with me? "Yeah you're totally right. Thanks." And I gave her a hug and leaned my head on hers. "Things might be changing Riley. But one thing I never want to lose. Is this."
