"Okay so you have both of our numbers and Cas will be here with you," Dean said as he packed his duffel bag. You nodded and placed a hand on your hip.

"If ANYTHING happens, anything, even if you hear a sound or do anything, call me or message me. You can contact Sam if I don't pick up but I will no matter what, even if I'm getting attacked," Dean instructed and you rubbed your forehead. You gave him a tired smiled, "Okay hun, I will."

The reason why he was so concerned and protective was that there's just a week till your due date. He didn't want to leave you, fearing that something would happen to you.

Dean walked over to Cas, looking him in the eye, "You watch her with your life. Don't let anything happen to my wife and baby." Dean was close to tackling Cas, you rolled your eyes. He was caring and sweet but sometimes he was too caring.

"Yes Dean, I will not let her out of my sight," Castiel said and Dean nodded. He walked up to you and kissed you, while placing his hand on your round belly.

You watched them climb up the stairs and out of the Bunker door. You immediately felt lonely even though the Angel was present. You wanted your husband with you.  You grew extremely worried.

Castiel placed his hand on your shoulder, "Dean will be okay. They will come home safely." You turned and looked at Cas, giving him a soft smile.

"What would you like to do?" Cas asked. "I'm going to finish my tea then maybe set up the baby's room," You said and sat down in a chair in the library. Cas sat on one of the far cozy chairs and took a book to read.

You finished your tea then flipped through Sam's laptop for a few minutes, and got up. You started to walk out of the library but you stopped, dropping the cup in your hand. It shattered into pieces, scattering across the floor.

You felt a sharp pain, pain that was so intense you collapsed onto the floor. "CAS!" You cried out, tears escaping your eyes. He ran to you holding you. You felt another contraction and you screamed out.

"GET DEAN!" You yelled. Cas was going to say something but you glared at him. He immediately disappeared, leaving you on the floor in pain.

"Dean..." Sam started but his brother glared at him. "Don't 'Dean' me," He gripped the steering wheel tighter, "I'm not that happy leaving [y/n] like-"

"Dean."

The Winchester hit the car brake so hard that the Impala lifted a bit from the back. The front tires screeched.

"DAMMIT CAS!" He yelled, "What the hell?!" Cas sat there impatiently, "Dean, [y/n] is not well, she's in pain and she's-"

"Why did you leave her?!" Dean asked furiously as he drove back towards the Bunker. "She asked me to call you," Cas said.

"Well don't stay here, go back and help her!" Dean commanded and Cas disappeared, making his way back to the Bunker.

" 'She'll be fine'," Dean mocked Sam, "Yeah, now look what happened!" Dean shook his head and Sam sighed. He drove the Impala as if he were a race car driver.
