A Sudden DATE (Judal x Reader)

As long as hope is there...

A long night...

Agonising over Judal's safety you couldn't sleep at all.

Kouen and Koumei, came for a while to see how Judal was and then took Kouha together and returned home.

Apparently Gyokuen had work to do so she didn't came back to the hospital.

You stayed beside him all night.

Trying to give him some motivation to live...

It was already morning...

You fell were at a half asleep stage next to Judal's hospital bed.

The room was so silent, and you were so close you could hear his disrupted heart beating.... like it was fighting to restore all the blood he lost....

At some point even you fell asleep.

Maybe you should just stay asleep there forever as well.

You didn't want to lose hope but seriously you had started getting depressed thinking negatively.

But... when you woke up again around noon, Judal's heartbeat was almost normal...

The signs on the machine were stabilized as well.

You felt the fire of hope light up in you.

That was when you heard a small mumbling yet again.

Judal was whispering something. You couldn't tell what it was....

But it felt like he was dreaming. You couldn't express how happy you were to see him being better.

You started crying and sobbing again. This time from happiness.

The doctors probably still hadn't come to see him yet. But your instincts were telling you that everything would be fine.

You still had your worries though so you hurried up and called the doctor to come check his state.

The doctor gave a positive valuation as well.

His state was indeed stabilized. But he noted that the consequences this whole occurrence will have on him are still unknown.

But there was hope.

And as long as there is hope, nothing is impossible...

That's why you decided to stay by his side. Until he woke up.

And even after he woke up, you wouldn't give him up to anyone else.

Not even Gyokuen.

The next day....

....Judal woke up!

"Hmm....W-where am I?"

He looked around like an idiot.

You should have gotten angry at him for what foolish things he did but you were so happy you just hugged him tight and kept saying.

"I love you...so don't leave me alone!"
