"Y/n what are you doing up at this time?" A sleepy Tom asks as he joins me on the sofa. "I'm freaking out." I say sitting straight. "Babe, you don't have to be freaked out about anything. Everything will be fine." He says rubbing my back. "Can I get something to drink?" I ask. "Yeah sure." He says before leaving to the kitchen.
"Ouch." I say holding the side of my belly. "What? What is it? What happened?" He asks running towards me. "I don't know." I say. "If it happens again we are going to the hospital. He says. "It's boring without Emily." I say taking the glass of juice Tom had gotten. "I know honey. She's will be okay." He says. Tom's mom has taken Emily to her place since I'm close to the due date. "Have we got everything?" I ask waking up Tom as he was drifting off to sleep. "Yes baby. We can check what we have got and buy whatever is missing." He replies half asleep. I watch him fall asleep. Feeling bad that I'm causing so much trouble to him. "When? Now?" I say freaked out making Tom jump. "Y/n, please. We can do that in the morning. Now let's go and sleep." He says pulling me up and dragging ourselves to the bedroom.
"Tom, we don't have a changing table. We have got a few clothes." I say walking in carrying a mini onesie. He sits up on the bed before speaking. "It's morning already?" He says frowning. "Yeah. Now c'mon. The baby is missing stuff." I say going back to the nursery. "Shopping?" I say as Tom stands near the door way. "Tomorrow?" He says. I frown. "Okay okay." He says walking away.
"I found some good stuff online." Tom says as he sits on the sofa with his laptop. "Yeah?" I say joining him. "Nice." I say as we put them on deliver. "They will be here in a few days." Tom says. "Few days? What if the baby comes soon?" I say. "Y/n, the baby will not be here for another two weeks. So chill." He says. I frown but he is right.
