"She what? Yes. Yes I'm on my way. The police station is it? Oh okay." Tom says hanging up the call and facepalming himself.
You and Tom had decided to go on vacation but unfortunately you were spending the second day at the police station.
"Hi um, I'm here for Y/n. Y/n Holland." Tom says to the officer behind the desk. He looks at him before nodding his head. Tom takes a seat as the officer leaves his desk to attend to you. "I don't get why I was brought exactly here." You try to argue but stops after seeing Tom. "Heeeyyy." You sY awkwardly. Tom looks at you with arms crossed giving you a look that said you have a lot of explaining to do.
"So what did you do?" He ask you get inside the rented car. "I punched someone." You say softly. "Why was that?" He asks. "Well I punched him cause she punched me first." You say rolling your eyes. "Why would you do that?" He asks a little disappointed in you. "He said stuff. Unpleasant things and punched me when I refused. It was for self defence." You say annoyed.
"I kindly said no and he kept getting touchy and punched me a little. He talked badly about you." You say the last part in a whisper but it was loud enough for Tom to hear. "You got in trouble for me?" He asks stopping the car. "Wow." He says surprised. "What?" You ask confused. "How is my wife more badass than me?" He says with an awkward laugh. "I'm sorry you had to come to get me. It just happened." You say as you felt like Tom was angry at you. "No it's okay. Just stay where I can see you now." He says resting his hand on your thigh sending a smile. "You are the friendly neighbourhood spider man." You say as his expression changes into a frown. "I can be badass too." He says giving you a sly smile.
