"Where were you last night, Harrison?" Questions Tom as he sat at the table with his cup of tea. Harrison looks towards you as he took a sip of his tea. "I was sleeping." Harrison says. "No, you weren't. So where were you in the middle of the night?" Demands Tom. You knew exactly where he was. In your room joining you to watch series. "I was, um, under the covers. You didn't check there?" Asks Haz. "No." Tom days eyeing his friend.
"Okay. I'm off to work." You say getting up.
"I'll drop you.... since I am also going that way." Harrison says.
"No, you are going the opposite direction to drop me at the set." Tom says.
"That's in the afternoon." Harrison says.
As much as you both wanting to keep the dating hidden it was hard to do so. "If Tom finds out he will get to say 'I told you so' after I have been denying that I didn't have a crush in you." Harrison says chasing after you to the car.
"I told you so." You say jokingly.
"Ha ha. Very funny." Harrison says.
These days you were mostly busy picking up outfits for the set. "I'll wait here." Harrison says as you nod and make your way towards the building.
"It's hard to tell who she is but that dress is absolutely stunning." You hear a colleague say as you walk through the hallway. The small group was interested in a magazine and you thought you saw a picture from the MTV Awards show. "What's the fuss?" You ask Em as she dragged a trolly of clothes. "I don't know. Some green dress." She says.
After a while of finalising the outfits you meet Harrison to head to the set. "We have to pick up Tom on the way." You say.
"I mean, he's a big boy. He can make it to the place on his own." Harrison says making you chuckle. "Either way, the car is full."
"See I told you he's a big boy." Harrison says as Tom was already at the set. "You guys don't seem to have much to do today so I guess I am the busy one." Tom says unamused. "Great. We will see you at home then." Harrison says beaming with excitement. "Y/n, we need you in make-up." Calls out an assistant for you. "Guess its only you then." Tom says to Harrison.
You were setting up the make-up when Harrison walks in. "I have to attend somewhere. I'll see you at home." He says leaving a quick peck on your lips making you blush.
"Where he off to?" Tom asks as he sat down to get his hair fixed. "I don't know." You say. "He asked me when I would be off work. He never asks that usually." Tom says to which you shrug. "Maybe he got a girl, you know." You laugh out with what Tom had said. Little did you know Tom knew something more than you both did. "Did you just make me wait to say that?" You ask. "No, but I already got my answer." Tom says with a smirk.
You leave work relieved that you got more off time than other days. You hunt through your tote bag trying to find your keys. "I heard you struggling." Harrison says as he opened the door. The living room was partly lit. "Get ready and join me in the balcony." He says with a shy smile.
An outfit was set on your bed. Three options to be precise. Harrison really wasn't sure on a final outfit. You decide to pick the tight black dress. Freshening up and dressed you meet Harrison in the balcony. A small table was set for two. Fake candles and a few fairy lights. A lovely dinner setting. "These are for you." He says passing a bouquet of your favourite flowers. A quick kiss on your hand and he helps you with the chair.
"I would have taken you out to a real restaurant and a fancier dinner but- wh- why are you staring at me like that?" Harrison asks confused. "You have button your shirt wrong." You say with a cheeky smile. He looks down immediately and excuses himself. You softly chuckle at the cute expressions he had on his face.
"Sorry, I was really nervous." Harrison says as he looked right into your eyes to see them twinkle. It was more pretty. "Haz?" You ask as he was frozen staring at you. "Um, yeah. I made you dinner." He says. You could see how nervous he was.
Before Harrison could talk anymore the door to the apartment opens. "Haz? Y/n?" Tom calls out. Harrison had his lips in a thin line. "He said he was getting off work late." He whispers. "Here you guys are. What's all this?" Tom asks and Harrison jumps right up. "I was just going to grab a chair and a plate for you." He says. "Okay but let me quickly get into some decent clothes first." Tom says. Harrison sets an extra chair and a plate at the table. "You think he's oblivious?" Questions Harrison.
"So what's the occasion?" Tom asks joining the two of you. "I um, I got the part. I play Prince Leopold in The Irregulars." Harrison blurts out. "What?" You and Tom both say. "That's great news." You say squeezing his arm. Harrison simply nods his head. He was feeling awkward than before. "Is that it?" Tom asks. "Huh"
"Y/n, how did HE distract you from my little black shorts at the Award show?" Tom asks. All you could do was blink at him. "I thought so too." He says with a cheeky smile and puts the magazine on the table. It was a picture of Harrison and you. He had his one hand on your lower back and the other on the side of your face. Your face was turned away from the camera but Tom clearly knew who that green dress belonged to. "You know Haz, you were in front of a TV!" Tom says laughing. "I'm so happy for you guys. YES! FINALLY! You also owe me 100 bucks." Tom says. "You bet on your own relationship?" You ask shocked. "Hey, I had my buttons on wrong." Harrison says in defence. The lad was so nervous.
"You know, I think I am okay with you getting your own place now." Harrison says once Tom was inside the house on the phone. "Whatever you say, my Prince." You say giggling.
