Chapter 65

Today is the day.

The day our whole class was waiting for.

Liam and Victoria's anniversary.

The biggest party of the year.

After school I go to Rose so we can get ready together.

"What are you gonna wear tonight?" she asks when we stand in front of the big mirror in her bedroom.

"The turquoise dress that we bought last week. But what about my hair? It's so brown and boring..."

"We can dye it... black! Or purple!"

"Why not pink?"

"You're hair is too dark for pink or other light colours. We have to choose one which is darker than your natural hair colour."

"Okay" I sigh.

Rose wears her white dress and searches for her bracelet while I am dying my hair.

I wanted it to be purple but it's actually black now!

But... who cares?

After that we put on a bit make-up and eyeliner and I take my favourite bag with me.

"Do you have a present for them?" I ask and Rose nods.

"Yea I bought a coupon for a restaurant"

"Cool!" I reply "Meltem, Niall and I have a coupon for the cinema."

"Who's Meltem?"

"Niall's girlfriend. She's very nice"

"Okay" Rose smiles.

We go downstairs and wait for Niall and Meltem to come because Niall offered to drive us.

He, Zayn and Meltem arrive 10 minutes later and look very good.

Niall wears a black suit and Meltem wears pink high heels, black jeans and a purple t-shirt.

"You two look beautiful!" Meltem smiles.

"Thanks, you too" I answer honestly and Rose and her introduce themselves.

They seem to get on very well.

Liam wears a black suit, too and he seems to be very excited. His house is full of people and Niall puts our present on a table in the hall.

"Hello everyone!" I shout but the music is way too loud so only a few people hear me.

Josh turns around and hugs me and Heather stands next to him.

"Hey!" they say and offer me a drink.

It smells a bit strange but it is delicious and I share it with Rose and Zayn.

The music gets louder and we start dancing. It is a bit strange to dance alone because in our dance group we dance in teams of 5 to 10 people or in a disco we dance with two people but someone is missing.

Louis.

I feel so lonely without him - no I am lonely without him but I am not allowed to meet him anymore and furthermore he is not even at this party.

Luckily I'm not the only one who is dancing alone because there are many other people without a partner.

"Hey Diana!" I hear a voice behind me "You wanna dance?"

It takes a few seconds until I realise that this is Enrico's voice. He has black hair and his skin is a bit darker than mine and I think that's because he's italian but he moved to England 5 years ago and now he is in our class.

"Okay!" I grin and he puts his hands on my hips.

We dance to 'Hard out here' and 'Jungle drum'. I love fast songs and now my favourite one is played.

"Stop dancing with her!"

Suddenly Enrico is pulled away by a taller guy.

"She's mine!"

Shit! It may be Louis but... his voice sounds different and Louis is shorter than this guy.

"Diana, come with me" he mumbles and turns around.

Fuck!

It is Jason!

What the hell is he doing here?!

"Jason!" I shout shocked.

"That's me!" he grins terrifying.

Fortunately here are many other people so I am not scared of him but I wonder why he is here.

Who invited him?

"You're definitely not invited, Jason!" I hiss "What do you want from me?!"

"I am invited! I'm a friend of Vic!" he tells me.

"You're lying!" I shout.

"I'm not."

"What's up guys?" a pretty girl with short dark red hair asks friendly. She must be Victoria.

"He's annoying" I say and look at Jason.

"Jason?"

"Yes" I nod.

She knows his name... maybe Jason is right and they're friends...

"Come with me, Jason!" she commands and Jason looks at me angrily.

"One day I'll find you." he whispers creepily and I shiver.

What does he want from me? I did not do anything bad to him, did I? I did not even call the police when I was at the hospital because of him!

I am glad that he is away now.

Enrico and I go on dancing although he is also a bit shocked about Jason's behaviour. But Jason is Jason. No one can change that...

The next song is 'So what' from P!nk.

Suddenly I see a well-known face in the crowd.

This can't be true!

Oh no...

Is it...?
