I've been out of it I have no excuses this time except for the fact I'm REALLY sorry.

Finn's PoV

She always looked beautiful in the morning. She always looked beautiful in general, but especially in the mornings. She slept on my right, her right hand holding my left one and her head on my chest. She was so beautiful, just so beautiful.

"Finny?" a quiet morning voice asked. I looked down and smiled at my girlfriend. She was looking at me with gorgeous brown eyes.

"I love you." Those were the first words out of my mouth. Like every morning.

"I'm aware," she grinned, sitting up and stretching.

"It's Saturday, come backkkkk!" I whined, kissing her shoulder blade.

"Finnnnnn," she sighed, turning to look at me, "I have a paper due for school and I have to write it before tonight!"

"What's tonight?" I asked, my morning brain still foggy from sleep.

"Jack's engagement!" she exclaimed, whipping me over the head with her hand. The brain fog got blown away by my train of thought.

"Shit, that's today?!"

"Finn!" she exclaimed, hitting me again and sliding out of bed. I smiled at her again and sat up, reaching for my t-shirt at the end of the bed. She swiped it off the bed and tossed it to the other side of the room.

"No shirt for being bad," she smirked, walking to the bathroom attached to our room, swaying her hips deliberately.

"If you keep doing that, I'm gonna be doing bad things to you, darling!" I called after her, rubbing my eyes and getting up. My outfit was hanging in our closet and I smiled, slipping my hand into my jacket pocket. A little velvet box was still tucked in its hiding spot. I smiled at the closed bathroom door and laid out her dress for today before getting my own suit on and walking down to the kitchen.

Your PoV

You hopped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around yourself before treading back into your carpeted bedroom. Finn wasn't anywhere to be seen, but his suit wasn't where it had been previously, so he must have gotten ready. On the bed was your greenish grey dress which matched your shoes and Finn's tie, as well as his eyes. You'd already coordinated outfits with Jack and his fiancé to be and you thought today was going to be perfect.

Once you'd gotten in your dress and put on your shoes, you clicked down the stairs to the kitchen. Finn was in the kitchen making omelets, like every morning and the doorbell rang. You walked over to get the door and hugged Jack and his girlfriend, Kira, before walking back to the kitchen where Finn's made a mess. You clean up while everyone else eats and you eat while Jack and Finn catch up.

In the long run Finn and you didn't really like Kira, she was always dragging Jack along on her stupid diets and other stuff, but you put up with her because she appreciated Jack and they loved each other so much it was almost sickening. Even while Finn was talking Jack was smiling lightly at Kira.

"So, what's the plan for today?" Kira finally asked as you put the last of the dishes into the dishwasher. Jack opens the door and explains.

"We're going to the usual restaurant and then we'll see what happens from there." Kira and Jack walk out the door and you try to follow, but Finn blocks the door.

"Kiss first!" Kira and Jack were already in their car. He pointed to his cheek and you leaned in as he turned his head for a kiss full on the lips.
