"No, I haven't," you said for the millionth time in the last hour. Asa had been due home three hours before and he'd gone missing just after his plane landed. No one had heard or seen him all day and the worry was turning into panic.

"I will tell you if I find him. Yes, I'm not kidding. Okay, bye." You tossed your phone onto your bed and then followed. You buried your head in your pillow and sighed when you heard a knock on your window. You scrambled to the window and opened it to see none other than Asa standing under your window.

"C'mon!" he exclaimed, before disappearing into the woods behind your house.

"Asa, everyone's so... And you're gone..." Instead of calling, like you said you would, you climbed out your window and lowered myself down the arbor next to the window. Asa was waiting patiently just out of the reaches of the trees and he hugged you before pulling you deeper.

"Explanations later, we have somewhere to be," he said, taking your hand and dragging you along. You kept your mouth shut until you came to the clearing where you had your first encounter with Asa.

"What the hell are we doing here?" you finally asked.

"Well I was kind of excited about seeing you, but I realized you wouldn't be the first person I met today so I took a bus home and hid from everyone. I even managed to avoid the cameras!" He sounded like a giddy ten year old getting ready for his first sleepover. After a minute or two of just laughing at his excitement you hugged him and then pressed your lips to his.

"You should at least let someone know you're back," you scolded.

"I did."

"Who?"

"You! Anyway I have a picnic for us, except its all pudding." You nodded and sat down in the grass and ate pudding and talked for a few hours before heading back home. Your house was small, but Asa and you made the most of it after calling and informing everyone who'd called you that your boyfriend was safe and well.

"Next time I could just get you from the airport," you laughed later that evening.

"I suppose so, but I wanted to make a big romantic gesture and I couldn't do that if you were there."

"And everyone keeps trying to find flaws in you."

Sorry that was super short but I didn't have anything to write and I wanted to make an update before this weekend. I'm not going to be putting anything up tonight because I'm at a one direction concert and then saturday and sunday because of Boston Comic Con. Next week I'm a bit tight on schedule, I have three softball tryouts that are really important. I then will have one more week before school starts and I will write as much as possible and then this will probably be dead until thanksgiving or winter break.

I was kind of hopeing for 20,000 reads before school so could we get there? Share, vote, comment.
