~Regina's POV~

"Dylan you're getting a medal for your bravery." Emma informs Dylan.

"When was I brave?" Dylan looks confused.

"When you called 911 and told the dogs to get the men." I say.

"Oh yah." Dylan says. "Why do they have give me a medal? Doesn't everybody call the police and their guard dogs?" Emma and I look at each other confused.

"Dylan most kids– if they were put in the same position– would have ran to hide. Not only did you call the police but you were messing with the criminal too." Emma says. Dylan's eyes go wide. "Yeah I know what you said to them before they came in the house." Dylan and Emma start laughing. "Regina you gotta listen to what she said to them."

"What did you say bebé?"

"That I don't have a mom... but I got three dads."

"What? That doesn't even make sense." In our family.

"Exactly." Emma laughs. "I'll show you the recording." She pulls out her phone. "Just listen."

"Who is it?"

"Hey kiddo it's me your uncle."

"Uncle who? I'm adopted."

"No no it's your long lost uncle. I'm related to your mom." I don't know this guy but I'm gonna mess with him.

"I don't have a mom. I got three dads."

"What? Listen kid I'm your uncle."

"What's your name?"

"Franklin."

"My uncle Franklin died two years ago."

"What?! How could that be when I'm right here?"

"I don't know you tell me. I went to his funeral and everything. I gave the eulogy."

"How old are you kid?"

"Old enough to not let you in."

"Fine I'll get in myself."

By the end of the video, I'm laughing too.

"Dylan how do you know what a eulogy is?" I ask.

"I don't know." She shrugs.

"Why were you messing with him?" Emma asks.

"Because it's funny." Dylan laughs.

"¿Mamá dónde está mi tarea (where is my homework)?" Alexa asks. "Never mind I got it."

"Alex where's my money?!" Oh no that's Dani. Alexa panics and looks at Emma to bail her out.

"This is the last time." Emma says pulling her wallet. She quickly hands Alexa too much money.

"It's right here! Come get it baby!"

"I'm not a baby." Dani comes into the kitchen.

"Here's a little extra for the interest rate." Alexa hands Dani the money.

"Thank you. Here mom. This is what I owe you." Emma takes the cash.

"What?!" Dylan shrieks. "Mommy!"

"Shhh." Alexa says. "Don't worry about it little sis."

"Here Dylan." Emma Give Dylan two hundred-dollar bills.
