Jack watched as her fingers curled around the small charm hanging from the bronze chain. He saw her eyes glitter with tears and put his arm around her.

She noticed but didn't care. She sniffed her tears away, scared of being too vulnerable. She looked outside and saw the sun was coming up.

"Where did you come here from?" she inquired.

"Well my ship is in the dock, a beauty she is. Black sails, big helm..." he said dreamily.

"You know it's sunrise right?" she asked but then regretted.

"Oh. Well I must be going. Thanks for not killing me, love," he said, "although you probably couldn't have anyway" he mumbled.

He walked over to her window, but she ran and caught his arm. "Can I see you again?" she asked hurriedly, desperation in her eyes.

"If you insist" he answered with a smirk. She smiled and looked down awkwardly until she felt his hands grab her waist, pulling him to her.

He kissed her lips hungrily. "Had to do that love" he let go walked to the window, putting one foot out

"Nice meeting ye, love." he said with a flamboyant bow and jumped off the window.

Angelica ran over and watched as he ran towards his ship. How am I going to bring him to father? After that. she touched her lips, savoring the moment.
