Angelica's eyes snapped open in the middle of the night to the unsettling sound of multiple footsteps.
"Jack." She whispered and shook him awake.
Jack furrowed his brow and sat up.
Jack slowly and quietly got up and creeped over to the trees.
Angelica woke up the sleeping teenagers when Jack was in the jungle, searching to find the source of the noise.
Half an hour later, Jack returned with a worried look on his face.
"Move, now. We got some company and they're coming this way." He warned.
"Did they see you?" Angelica asked concerningly.
"I don't think so, but I can't say for sure." He gathered the few belongings they brought along and followed the group as Seraphina read the map.

The group eventually ended up at a small waterfall.
"It's a dead end?!?" Jackie screamed in confusion.
"Maybe not." Seraphina paced the ground, reading the map.
They all fell silent when they heard a rustling behind them.
"We made it!" Bellowed a large man.
"Who are they?" A different man pointed to Seraphina and the rest.
4 more men filed in behind the big man. 1 of them held a boy about Jackie's age with a gag over his mouth and his hands tied behind his back.
"Why are you here?" Angelica hissed.
"To find the treasure of course." The man answered and the rest of the men laughed.
"Well we are finding the treasure." Jackie glared.
"I found it!" Seraphina ran strait across the water and through the water.
Everyone stood dumb founded, until, all at once, they all sprinted through the waterfall and after the girl.
