Angelica sunk to her knees. "He's gone.." She held the note in her hand, not even wanting to read it.
"We don't know that, Angelica. Read the note, maybe we can find out where he is." Jack sat on the floor next to her and put a comforting arm around her shoulders.
Angelica fingered the stamp on the note indecisively. She finally, and slowly, peeled the stamp off, clenching her face as she did.
She breathed a sigh of despair and brought herself to read the note. It read:
If you are reading this note, you know by now that I have taken your 'Jackie'. And if you ever want to see him again I suggest you come to these coordinates: 4 8 15 162 3 42. Once there my men will come get you. Do not fight them or your son dies. My advice is that you hurry before he gets on my nerves and you come to find a corpse. ~ Capt. Davy Jones.
Angelica dropped the note and sobbed even harder. "Jack.. I'm a terrible mother. He's gone forever."
Jack picked her up by the shoulders and held her arms length away, looking her strait in the eye. "You are the total opposite of a terrible mother. For this child you went from the most dangerous woman on earth to the most caring, most loving mother I've ever seen." He pulled her close and hugged her.
"Thank you Jack." Angelica whispered in his ear.
Jack pulled back to look at her face, "Angelica, let's go find our son."
