Angelica spent the whole day in Adonis' room, rummaging through drawers and cabinets to pass the time.
The time passed painfully slow, and Adonis was gone taking care of 'business', so there was no company either.
Finally Adonis came back into his room. "It is dark out, you should get some rest." He informed her, as there were no windows in his room.
"Where are we?" Angelica asked as she climbed into the dreamily soft bed.
"Just another bit of information that no one can know." Adonis said as he walked into the bathroom.
Angelica groaned as she lay back into the pillows. She closed her eyes and imagined what her life would be like after the 'sky soldiers' came.
It was painful to think about, it was impossible to think about.
I cannot live a life without love, without Jack. She thought as tears filled her eyes, tears that were swallowed as soon as the handsome man walked out of the bathroom.
Angelica moved to the very edge of the bed, as far away from Adonis as possible and turned to the wall.
"You are angry?" Adonis inquired as he got into his bed.
"No, just... No." Angelica sighed. She felt Adonis disappear from the bed, and then, in the time it took her to blink, he reappeared in front of her face.
"You lie to me." He smirked at her.
"No, I'm just upset, ok?" Angelica turned the other way and Adonis materialized there too. "leave me alone!" Angelica covered her head with blankets.
"As you wish." Adonis said in a defeated tone and laid back into his bed.
Angelica didn't bother apologizing, she cried herself to sleep with tears left unheard.

Jack paced the small cell.
Two days...
Two days since he had seen Angelica, two days she'd been with that man.
That extremely handsome man. Jack grimaced.
He made her swoon before and he can sure do it again. Jack shivered as he though of the things Adonis could persuade her to do.
No she's too stubborn for that, you know her more than anyone and you know she can't be persuaded for long. Jack fought himself.
He found the thought of them together creeping back into his brain and he punched the wall hard.
Jack howled in pain, solid stone. Solid stone that had not weakened with age.
He examined his hand, 3 broken fingers.
He popped most of them back in socket, but his hand still swelled and hurt like the hell that his prison was.
Through the pain, the thought of Angelica and Adonis still tormented his imagination.
Jack banged on the cell door, causing noise but no reply.
He sighed and slid down one of the cold, dark walls of the cell.
