"I can't watch her like that." Jack pulled away from the window as he watched Angelica writhe in pain.
"She's in good hands," Scrum assured him.
"That place is a mess! How do I know that man even knows what he's doing." He leaned against the door. "She is terrified, I have to let her know that she is safe, she needs to see me." He reached for the door handle, but Scrum stopped him.
"Being a nurse on a ship is a suicidal employment, being around all those contagious diseases. You go in there, you're a dead man."
Jack sighed. "This is my fault."
Scrum kept silent.
"I can't bear any more of this." He walked away from the door.
"What now, Mr. Sparrow?" Scrum asked.
"Ask the captain to pull us up to Blackbeard's ship. I left some things there and I intend to get them back." He said.
"You mean steal them back?" Scrum smiled.

They arrived at Blackbeard's ship very late at night and swung over on a rope.
"This way." Jack whispered.
They walked towards the cabins and opened a door.
Jack walked over to the bed and pulled the covers back. "Jackie." He whispered.
Jackie woke up and, with his movement, woke Seraphina up as well.
"Dad!" He exclaimed.
Jack motioned for him to be quiet and led the group back on deck.
He offered them ropes and they all swung back to their ship.
"Whose ship is this?" Jackie asked.
"I don't know, the man came and rescued us from an island, heck of a time fighting the natives though." He shook his head.
"Where is mom?" Jackie asked.
"In the infirmary, don't bother her, she needs rest," He informed them. "And so do you." He ended, pushing them to a cabin.
He walked sadly back to the infirmary one-sided door. He knew Angelica couldn't see him, but he had to know that she was alright.
He watched as she slept uncomfortably with a completely blood-soaked bandage around her arm.
