Nothing matters to me other than you. Holding your hand whilst you play the flute, even though it's out of the tune, I know it's you.

Not being bothered about Wen Ning standing in front of us or rather escaping unscathed, I can see the terror in your eyes. You think I'll follow him, but Wei Ying, nothing matters cause I know it's you.

I am about to take a step closer when suddenly I hear someone yell "A Ling" and I turn to watch a frantic Jiang Cheng running towards Jin Ling.

A moment next to me makes me turn to see a strange painful expression in Wei Ying's face. He's hurting. He remembers his past. He is cowering, afraid to face the wrath of the man who betrayed him in the end.

My blood stills when A Ling complains of Wen Ning being here.

I immediately see Jiang Cheng's fury directed towards the man beside me. He now knows! The only one who can summon Wen Ning is Wei Ying.

In seconds the Zidian flashes and is directed towards my Wei Ying. The fury in me has no bounds and I immediately summon my Wangji. Shielding Wei, I stand in front of him and the two powerful spiritual weapons clash.

Jiang Cheng is pushed back due to its force and in a moment of distraction, Wei Ying escapes from my protection only for Jiang Cheng to quickly act and hit Wei Ying on his back. The power forces him to fall and he cries out.

The time stills and everyone around are shocked.

The Zidian has the power to separate souls if the body has been possessed. In case of the man in front of me, he still is the same and no soul has been ripped away from the body.

"Who are you?" Jiang Cheng yells and in anger yet again raises his Zidian to strike my Wei Ying and that is when I know, I have had enough. He has his proof and this strike is just to torture the man in front of us.

Never again, never again will I allow anyone to harm my Wei Ying. Just as the Zidian strikes mid air, it clashes with Wangji and the wrath of Wangji thunders across the sky, illuminating it in bright yet dangerous aura.

I no longer care that the fight is between two great sects. One a leader the other was Hanguang-Jun. Nothing mattered. All that mattered was to protect the one man who meant everything to me.

Jiang Cheng calls back the Zidian and I stand still, ready to strike again when Sizhui yells "Senior Mo" and I turn behind to see Wei Ying's nose bleeding and he is about to fall, when I catch him in my arms and gently place his head on my lap as I kneel.

"Hanguang-Jun" Jingyi runs to crouch by my side and ask"Is he alright?"

I check for his pulse. They're weak but he'll be alright. I nod.

"I am taking him with me" I say with finality and ask them to follow us.

Without even sparing a glace towards the Yunmeng Sect and their leader, I carry Wei Ying in my arms and we fly on our swords back to Gusu.
